Now if only I didn’t have major issues printing SmartSource coupons on my MacBook… 🙁
(Thanks, Printable Coupons and Deals!)
same issue here, it wanted me to upload a new java and i did and nothing has changed! im very upset
I have problems too. No matter what I use Firefox, chrome, etc they never work!
Me too…so frustrating!
And ever since I got my new mac, all my coupons print really small. Anyone know how to fix that? The cashiers look at them funny and they usually don’t scan well.
I have 2 super old Dell laptops from 2005, running XP, that I bought used two years ago. I haven’t had any problem printing any coupon that requires JAVA, as long as I my JAVA is up to date (they come up with new updates all the time so that’s a LOT of un-install then re-install for me). Here’s how I do it whenever a java coupon won’t print:
Go to Control Panel>Add or Remove porgram, then locate the “Java x update xx” to remove it. Then, go to Java.com and download the Java with the latest update. Then restart the pc and try to print again.
This has always work for me so far and I hope it can help some of you. BTW I use Google Chrome.
i did exactly what u said and nothing, maybe ill wait a day or two and see if it needs time?!
It should have worked as soon as you restart the computer. Also make sure you delete all the old Java x update xx you can find (one time I found I had installed 7 different versions). Sorry it didn’t work for you…
ill try to remove and add again but still nothing, could there be another program that wouldnt let it start properly?
i removed all the java stuff i saw and installed again and nothing, very upset now!!
Upgrade your Mac to maverick- it’s free/ also download firefox as secondary browser- should solve problems with java
Publix has these on sale 4 for 5.00.
Are these “made with Smart Balance Oil” variety the same price as the regular varieties?
I’m not sure, but I’ll be checking in morning. I’m looking at the Green Advantage Flyer, and it doesn’t say.
But if I recall, I thought I saw these, I just looked at them today, Hoping for a coupon.
smart source is horrible…
Collin, have you tried this? Go to safari > preferences > click manage website settings > click on java plugin in the left pane > in the right pane look for the coupon site you are using and in the drop down menu select run in unsafe mode.
This coupon is not loading for me. I keep getting an error.
I finally figured out my Java issue today! Maybe this will help others. I had a previous update of Java on my PC but at some point they changed the Publisher from Sun to Oracle and the current tool to find previous versions didn’t find it. It was version 6 instead of the Java 7 Update 45 that is current now. Control Panels, Programs then sort by name and see if you have an old Java like I did. Good luck!
If you see a little red or lego type icon up on your browser window beside the arrow then you must click on this and allow the plugin to take place. When you do this, it will allow the coupon to print. I hope this helps.
