These are both “simply” calphalon and not heavy duty like you think of -check the reviews first -these are not the ones you are probably thinking of . . .

Maybe you’re thinking of a different brand. Simply Calphalon is definitely quality cookware, has a nice weight to it, heats evenly and cooks evenly. Both the stainless steel and the nonstick are very nice.

These are the pots/pans that I have and I absolutely love them! They aren’t dishwasher safe (even though I’m sure some people ignore that)…but they clean up SO easily after each use!

Sidenote: I signed up for the 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime in December and was just charged $79 for the next year. I thought I would get an email or something reminding me that it was about to expire?!? 🙁

Just don’t order anything and get in touch with customer service. They will cancel it and refund you as long as you haven’t used the Prime services yet.

Great! I will try that…thanks. Here’s a question: if you sign up for Amazon Mom, do you pay a monthly/annual fee for that as well? And do you know how shipping works with that? I’m due any day now and have heard that ordering diapers through Amazon Mom is the way to go. I’m just wondering if its bettter to have Prime/Mom or both?

I just ordered mine. I can’t wait. I love Calphalon in the kitchen, and I needed a new omelette sized pan terribly. Thank you for the tip.
