    Kohls.com has the worst customer service will never use the again. After screwing up multiple orders. Their only suggestion was to pay for another order and bring back the screwed up order to the stores. Besides wasting hours on the phone

      I had a bad experience with them about a year ago. Called about an order that was wrong. I could barely understand the person I was talking to so I kept asking for someone who could speak better english. Low and behold after about a 1/2 hr of talking to several different people someone finally asked me if I wanted to be transferred to the United States!???? Uh, yes I said. Once I got transferred to the US I got my problem solved in a matter of minutes. While I was on the phone with a lady from the US I asked her why I was talking to someone in another country and she told me that where all the phone calls go. I told her that was kind of asinine that you are calling from the US about a product bought from a US store and you get transferred to a country across the world?!?! So remember the next time you have to call Kohls 1800# remember to ask for someone in the US right away to get your answered the right way.

      I love kohls customer service. I emailed them at Christmas time due to not receiving an order that i placed. They sent me a $25 gift card. I received the order 2 days later. They then emailed me another apology and refunded my order and and gave me $15 in kohls cash. So I got my $32 product for free plus $40 in money to spend at kohls. Can’t beat that. I do agree that their phone customer service is not the best but email worked great

    Kohls return policy is the worst, I will never buy anything from Kohls unless I am absolutely sure it will not be returned. Exchanging is a nightmare!!

      How is their return policy the worst?? If you have the receipt they will return the item (even if 2+ years later).

      They have one of the best return policies! You can return at any time, and they will give you store credit or return the funds to a Kohls charge. In addition, if you are exchanging, you can exchangefor any item in the store that has the same original price. It seems like you had a bad experience, maybe try a different Kohl’s or ask for a supervisor. Maybe you just got a cranky employee.

      I have had issues with the phones customer service but in stores they are usually great. I love kohls deals though! They changed their policy for returning items with kohls cash used a year or two ago but they do still let you even exchange those items.

    Wow I actually condider their return policy to be the easiest I have encountered. It is a big selling point for me. I’m surprised to hear these bad experiences. I have shopped several different Kohls in 3 different states.

    Not to bad on their returns. Just had to make sure I stayed above a kohls cash threshold by returning 1 item and exchanging two others. Just pick out anything in the store the same regular price as the item you bought for exchanges. They also missed the shipment arrival date before Christmas on a jacket for me. They sent the item and gave me a refund.

    I actually loveee kohls return policy, they are the easiest to deal with in that aspect. Once I wanted to return something that was marked down since I bought it and I forgot my reciept and the clerk allowed me to even exchange it for another item of the same price (Carter’s pjs)

    Still waiting for my rebate from them..;( my 12.00 visa..but overall experience I’m happy..I shop kohls most of my Xmas gift.plus I love the rachaelray that I bought from them plus really cheap..I’m happy

      I got emails yester saying they were processing the rebates with tracking numbers. Maybe check the email you entered on the receipt

    I had a horrible return the other day. I had paid $20 for baby pjs, had receipt, had paid with kohls cash. I asked to exchange for a $16 pair that would fit. She said no it had to be exact dollar amount. Then asked if I could get merchandise certificate. She said no that if I can’t find anything and I return I just lose the whole amount?!?! Ridiculous!

      I lost $85 on a return due to kohls cash yesterday–$10 that I had used on the purchase, & $75 that I had earned from it. Lesson learned–I won’t shop kohls & their marketing gimmicks again!

    Kohl’s recently changed their return policy and it’s confusing a lot of customers. Here’s a little tip… instead of returning the item with a receipt just do an even exchange. For example: If the “original price” of the item on the “tag” is $100 but was on sale for $80 and you used a 20% off for a total of $64 OOP and received $10 Kohl’s Cash you will only get $54 back. However, if you do an even exchange you just need to find something in the store that matches the “original sales price” (which in the above example would be $100). It cannot be $110 or $99, the original sale price must match (regardless of whether it’s on sale or not). hth

    BTW, when contacting Kohl’s corporate customer service due to a problem you need to ask if they will comp you for your inconvenience (ie; 30% off pass for one month, or $20 credit on your card, etc.) They almost never will offer but if you ask they usually will gladly comply with request.

    I agree I am done ordering online. I am still waiting on a credit to my account that they started processing on the 30th of November! And when I got my mixer the shipping label was over the upc so it tore the upc when I took the shipping label off. I could not submit for my $50 rebate. Their customer service is awful. Corporate did call me today though and they assured me that I would have my credit any day and they are sending me a $50 gift card in place of the rebate. I have spent tons of time on the phone though trying to get this resolved. Not worth it anymore. In store is always great.

    I place dan order with them online for $30 forgot that they were running promo to earn $15 kohls cash for spending $50 went online did the chat customer service and they were great! Though I couldn’t add to my order or cancel it they gave me $15 credit to use next time kohls cash was able to be used online which happened to be the next day cyber Monday so I was able to score free shipping. I thought they were awesome

    The coats should go lower IMO, but all that is usually left is under 12mo size . Also – I had an AMAZING experience with Kohls CS this Christmas. It was patio chair cushion covers and only 2 were left- I needed 6. Basically the woman price matched another product that was originally triple the price of the one I wanted- WOW! That was awesome!

    In store cs has not been a problem. I always go to the same cs rep at our store who has worked there for over 17 years. She’s the best. My on-line experiences this year were terrible. 24 days late with an order. No compensation–even requested it. They couldn’t even find my order number. And, they sent me things I didn’t order. It was a mess! However, I did score some great items and VERY low prices with free shipping.

    I LOVE Kohl’s….I see many friendly faces at the store I shop in here in Illinois.I never have a problem returning any items I buy. The BEST part of Kohl’s it that they price match!!!….and you can use your 30% off coupon codes and get kohl’s cash too on top of it. I have priced match a ton of items here and I same a bunch of money. And YES they price match online too. I just call customer service and they confirm the price of the item at the other online store and woohoo savings :0) I bought my daughter a mod Pod scooter that is 199.99 at Walmart they price matched it and then I got 30% off and 30.00 in Kohls cash too. Just bring in an Ad for less and you can save a ton here
