These are never $1 at my Walmart, they are about $1.99 but still half off! the peppers and onion blend one is SO good with sausage or in chili! 🙂
I just came from our store. they have different varieties. Some of them $1.96, $1.26 or $1.00. The cheapest are the ones are smaller in size and have only chopped onions or onions/green bell peppers. they were on the very top shelf, above the expensive ones. HTH
