I also found cvs brand hand soap for 1.18 and I had a magic coupon machine coupon for 1.00 off any cvs brand soap. On another note, my receipt is showing that I need 25.42 to get 10 ecb on p&g products. I have already received 10. Is it allowing the limit to be 2 10 ecb??

    • mel

yes the limit was increased to earning $20. And it looks like its a mid-month deal. My store has a display that says its valid til 2/15.

      • marae

if it is confirmed that the p&g deal is limit2, can i get 20ecb if i spend worth of $60 P&g items?

  2. Manu Garg

Old Spice for $1.44 in TX. But still a very good deal 🙂

    • Tilly

Same in NoVa. I only had two $1/2 coupons so I got 4 packages to begin with. Then stopped by another cvs on the way home and picked up 4 more because even without coupons its a great deal! Factoring in everything it came to just under .20 cents per bar!

  3. Margaret

Grabbed the last two Old Spices on the shelf! Awesome, thank you Collin!!

  4. Beck

I did good on the Schick disposable razors, children’s Anvil & Colgate toothbrushes you posted about – spent $10 & saved $45. Thank you!

Hi, I’m Daniel, pretty new to extreme couponing (it was my new years resolution). I’m already getting the hang of it and I want to tell you about my sweetest deal yet. I did the Buy $30 to get $10 ecb deal and got this:

4 Cover Girl Nail Polish for $5.79 each 2 were bogo 50% and rang up for 2.89
2 Pantene Shampoos for $3.50 each
2 Pantene Conditioners for $3.50 each

    Total $31.36

    – $3/2 cover girl (P&G 1/26)
    – $3/2 cover girl (P&G 1/26
    – $3.50 bogo pantene (P&G 1/26)
    – $3.50 bogo pantene (P&G 1/26)
    – $5 on $15 cosmetic cvs coupon (attached to my receipt from previous week)
    – $10 ecb (til Feb 1. when you spend $30 on select P&G or Coke products)

Total after factoring in ecb = $3.36 or at 42 cents per item! 🙂

I appreciate all your efforts to make us aware of what deals there are and how to capitalize on them. I’m having tons of fun saving lots of money. It feels awesome when I walk out of the store with more stuff in my hands and less money out of my pocket!

    • ali

Good job, Daniel! You will continue to feel the “high” of getting stuff for free or nearly free the more you get into couponing. There are deals to be had on every product in your house, so good luck on your new venture, and welcome to the community! 🙂

    • Dara

Go, Daniel! I always say couponing is one of the few hobbies I can think of which actually saves you money, instead of costing you money. Keep at it — and have fun!

    • Cat

Awesome job Daniel!!! Glad you’re enjoying the coupon world!!!

  6. Crazy About Coupons

Yes!!!!! Great job Daniel! Just a word of caution… couponing can be so much fun that it can turn into an addiction! I refuse to pay full price ever again.

  7. marlene

tell me about addiction i was driving 25 mjnutes to cvs or walgreens and even though you do really save alot i was spending to much on gas as i live in socal and its more then $3 a gallon. i stopped last year but i always check hip2save too see if there is something i really need but i was doing it everyday…for you folks that extreme coupon theres a site SLICKDEALS.NET gives you the ads to the stores two weeks in advance

    • Liz

I agree, gas is super expensive here!!

    • Daniel

Bummer! I live in the Eagledale area of Indianapolis. It’s part of the International Marketplace district and we have Meijer, Marsh, Kroger, CVS, Target, Walgreens, Staples, Petco, and pretty much every store you can think except the craft trio (Michaels, Joanns, Hobby Lobby) within a 5 mile radius. Gas isn’t an issue for me.

      • marlene

you are lucky lol i live in perris ca we have one rite aid one walmart food4less staterbros and thats about it

  8. toni

  9. Tara

I am new to couponing, so my question is…how do you print multiple coupons for the
same product? The website, coupons.com, is telling me “limit reached”.

  10. Mely

    Tara.you need 2 or more computers…

  11. Rachel Turner

When did they increase limit to 2 ($20)for P&G products b/c i purchased on Sunday and didnt get it.??
