What a fun way to show your loved one out there how incredibly special they are! 🙂
cool! The Jumbo cards @ Wal-Mart are just over $5
Thanks for the info!
Those are so cool! There’s even a soldier one! But I’m not sure he can get them in basic and $10 is too much to waste.
When i went to order it said it would be delivered by Feb 19th.
@Christine…..Yeah….Kind of a bummer, too, because it doesn’t let you know that until you’ve already completed your design. If you spend an additional $8, you can assure delivery by Valentine’s Day but that makes this a little less attractive with actual price being $18
Hey Christine! The verbiage on our site is a little misleading, but Hip2Save readers will get their Jumbo Cards in time for Valentine’s Day if they order today before 4:00 p.m. CST!
Fantastic thank you!
I am not sure your position in the company, Rachel, but customer service advised there is no “Rachel” that works there and that again the cards are not guaranteed for 2/14 delivery. Mine has been “expedited” as a courtesy but this may be discouraging for others who may have placed orders.
Hi Christine & Pamela!
The company has promised that Hip2Save readers who order today by 4PM CST will receive their cards in times for Valentine’s Day.
ordered one, Thanks!!
Yes, got mine, too…truly IS a great deal for $10!! thanks so much…
I talked to build-a-sign twice today (02.07.14) just to confirm my order that was placed PRIOR to 4:00 PM CST on 02.03.14 and it seems that they are claiming that the cards will not be delivered by the 14th. They are telling me they will upgrade mine as a courtesy. Just as a head’s up.
I did not call early enough to get an upgrade. Darius says that hip2save is not affiliated with them and that you must have purchased a coupon from them and there is nothing he can do to get it to me on time. He said I should have noticed the shipping date (he was quite rude). I explained exactly what this posting says and he put me on hold. He came back and offered me a refund but said there is no way to ship one on time. I know they totally misinformed you and I will never order from them again. I planned on this for my kids for Valentine’s Day. Bummer.
PS I ordered before noon on the 3rd.
Same here, I just got an email that it has shipped and expected delivery is 2.18.14! Of course I don;t need a valentines card after the 14th. That’s terrible that they agreed to honor the code with guarantee of shipment by the 14th, and now are not honoring it. I will never order from them again.
Just ordered one for my hubby who’s overseas for our Anniversary!!!
Ordered before 4:00 and now here it is, Feb 14… no card. Awesome.
Ditto. 🙁
Same here. I ordered before the cutoff and I received my card yesterday. Disappointing
Mine didn’t even come yesterday! I haven’t been home yet today to check…
Yep, STILL haven’t received mine. Bummed.
My card came late… I just got an email from BuildaSign offering me a full refund on my order with apologies to Hip2Save customers and an additional $10 credit on a future order. Thanks!
So did I and I just called them. I can’t believe this. I called them and I CANNOT believe this…. he would not refund the money and claimed that the email must not come from them. He requested that I forward the email to him and they will investigate this. Poor poor poor costumer service.
Collin, I’m sure that the reason they emailed all Hip2Save costumers offering refund is because you contacted them about not fulfilling their commitment. I just wanted o thank you for that, but also wanted to let you know that they still don;t seem to have their stuff together. I just emailed Darius with my prove that the company emailed me. Collin, thank you for all you do for all your Hip2Save’ers 🙂
I called too, waited on hold for about 10 mins, then pleasantly got the refund. The guy was really nice. I STILL haven’t received my card, however… 🙂
Just a quick update. I got an email response letting me know that they will b processing my refund. At least they responded quickly.
