Don’t blame the blogs, once these things go viral they post otherwise people would complain that they did not post a deal. Blame the fellow Bzz Agent who for some reason sent the link to the blogs, who does that? I deleted the coupon I got because that was what I felt like doing. Do what is right for you and realize it really will all work out in the end I am sure for the Bzz agents who were supposed to have the campaign. Bzz agent is great they will work it out for you and not negatively affect your score because a screw up happened.

I am a bzz agent on this campaign and didn’t get it. But it was a glitch therefore happy everyone got to enjoy it and hopefully see what a great program Bzz is. In the economy $25 savings on groceries is wonderful. It does however annoy me to see people posting that they loaded the coupon to several accounts and buying electronics and such.(SD). I’m sure bzz will correct the issue for us agents , Juno emailed that they are investigating it.

    Has anyone used it today?

Directly from Krogers facebook page stating it was for BzzAgents only.

Kroger Hi, Crystal. The $25 off a $50 grocery purchase coupon is no longer available for download. We apologize for the confusion, but this promotional offer was only intended for a select number of BzzAgents who were invited to participate in the campaign. However, due to the value off the offer, some of the participants shared the news with their social networks and many people who were not invited to participate went in and downloaded the coupon. If you’re a BzzAgent who was invited to participate, please contact them directly about the offer. Thank you for reaching out to us.

Thank you for posting this! I greatly appreciate it as one of the members of this Bzz campaign! Hoping to get my coupon soon :/

Still don’t understand why this was available to everyone if it was only meant for certian people…..? I have read the comments and it seems like the hostility that people have toward non-Bzz agents getting this coupon would be better directed elsewhere.
I also don’t see how “deleting” the coupon from the accounts of those who got it (and weren’t meant to) will benefit the Bzz agents who didn’t get it….?

This seems akin to an airline accidently setting a price ridiculously low at $25 or whatever and people snapping up tickets. Are those folks supposed to not buy the tickets? Return them as if they didn’t already know it was a mistake?

Kroger can always rip it out of people’s accounts if they so chose. Clearly they have not…..why? Bad PR.

Angry Bzz agents…..if you want to be mad at someone, be mad at Kroger, the BzzAgent people or the person who “shared” the existance of this coupon on all of our cards after being told not to….

I hope that the Bzz/Kroger people get the coupon to whoever was to have it in the first place…….if they don’t, I would re-evaluate the benefit of being a Bzz Agent (whatever that is….?)

Finally got around to using the $25 off $50 today……still worked, no problem. Just make sure and follow the directions (no alcohol, gift cards, etc.)

To the BzzAgents who are complaining, don’t go there. Many people even more dedicated to Kroger did not get the coupon. It was available for anyone to download which is what many women do and don’t even look at the reason. If we read all of the coupon information before we download it, it slows down the process and purpose of getting the digital coupons. Our lives are way to busy to ask why a coupon exists. I can only assume BzzAgents are secret shoppers. We are actual dedicated shoppers, don’t bite the hand that gets you those free dollars, honey.

I’m somewhat confused by this. I have the coupon on my account but wish I understood what the situation was. I could definitely use the extra 25$ for groceries:)
