Just like some people commented before, I stopped getting any offers after earning the gold status. Up until I got my gold card, I was getting showers of great offers. I haven’t seen any offers what so ever in more than two months now.
I have been a gold member for three years and don’t even go that often to Starbucks (3-4 times a month) and I get nearly all of the special offers. I think it is just a random who gets them!
I finally got this offer but like u I had not gotten any since reaching gold.
I agree it was since December and in that month I got an offer like every week and now nothing. I go every day now and the employees weren’t too nice about me asking for the coupon for the BOGO. I had one and tried to redeem it for two drinks and he would only take $1 off because he said I needed two coupons to get the BOGO 🙁 Not too happy with them right now.
Sorry Liz, they were completely wrong. The coupon clearly states ‘Offer does not need two people to redeem’. 895 for BOGO / 897 for $1 off.

I have a $2 off espresso drinks good until 3/4. I used the code this morning, and it is still in my rewards as available until 3/4. I never got an email or anything about it so I can’t see details or conditions of the coupon code. But since it is still there as “available” I wonder if I can use it again. I never used to get any deals but recently I went to my online profile and updated my information, I cancelled all deals/emails from them, and then I changed my profile back to receive all emails/deals from them. I think that must have worked beceause in the past month I’ve finally gotten two coupons in the rewards section. I have to check it though because I still don’t seem to get emails about them.
Can anyone tell me where to look in my account to see the stars I earned from the winter star dash??? They seem to have changed the site and I can’t find the “rewards dashboard” anymore. THANKS
I got an email today stating that they would be sending out emails to those that qualified for bonus stars by the 18th and the emails would include redemption instructions.
