   If you are having trouble submitting on an iphone, after entering your info just press “Go” on the phone keyboard. I wasn’t able to see the “submit” button on page on my phone so I did that and it worked.

  Make sure you are entering the dob with the full year (1/1/1984, not 1/1/ 84). That’s what I kept doing and it wouldn’t accept it until I corrected it. HTH;)
