Intended for grades PreK-1, the SteveSongs video below teaches the four key steps to follow when you hear the sound of a smoke alarm. And for grades 2-3, watch the band Recess Monkey as they learn what it takes to stay fire safe. I watched the SteveSongs video with my first-grade daughter, Piper – she was thoroughly entertained with the catchy tune (watch out – it may get stuck in your head! 😀 ) and she clearly caught on to the 4 steps outlined in the video.
