I visited Walmart today to purchase the movie Frozen. All signs & everything said the Blu-Ray Pack (with Infinity figure) was $24.97 & Blu-Ray Combo by itself was $29.99. A salesperson told me the Blu-Ray Combo with Infinity Ana Figure was on sale at least for today for $21.97. She was right! It rang up for $21.97. we received our pre-order from amazon yesterday and my kids immediately watched it!
I went to Walmart after drop off this morning, and they told me there was a line at midnight to get the movie/infinity pack, and they only had 10. Its advertised in their flier for $21.96. Oh well. Still got the movie and we’re having a special movie night tonight!
All of the Walmart Stores in our area were sold out! They said they only had 2-4 per store. I believe that is false advertising on the part of Walmart.
I also went off to my WM right after my daughter’s school bus left this morning and told they only had like 10 and were sold out at midnight …..＞＿＜…..
That’s so Walmart. I don’t even know why they bother to put the deal on the WEEKLY ad if they only have like 10 boxes. Not happy.

I agree false advertising on Walmart’s part. I went to go pick it up for my mom to put in my sons easter basket.
I went to 4 different Wal Marts in NJ this morning, same day as release and none had the Gift Sets in stock.
I also am in NJ and went to 2 Walmarts and my husband went to 2 others and none of them had it. All said they never received it!

I just bought a blu-ray copy at Target for $16.99 (Disney emailed me a $3 off coupon). They had lots of copies. It doesn’t have the firgurine though.

where did you pre-order? I pre-ordered months ago at amazon at 22.99 and yesterday its was 19.99…they didnt initially give me the lower price..i had to send an email to get the credit for $3

You should go back again. I preordered on Amazon for $14.96. Aren’t they supposed to automatically charge you the lowest price on preorders?
When I arrived at my local Walmart (Godfrey,IL) at 8am the boxed sets were all sold out! I spoke with an associate they said someone had put them out during the night shift and had been sold out for hours.. They still had a few of the blu-ray combo packs so I got two of those for $19.96 each but It would have been nice to get the infinity character for $2. For anyone who is wanting the character but their stores are out of the boxed sets they had them in stock separately for $12.

I went at midnight and they didn’t even have them. I am sure they have found them or received them now and they are gone.

Yup, our store was sold out too. They only received 4 (2 of each character.) Don’t think anybody is going to have much luck finding these.
I called Wal Mart before I went. I got the last Anna. My kids will be so thrilled come Easter.
I got the Elsa one. They came in a pre-packed display at the store. The display only had a few of the packs with the figures and the rest were regular DVD and Blu Ray packs.
I went to 3 Walmarts right after drop-off and was able to get 2 sets (1 Anna and 1 Elsa). Most stores I called were sold out of Elsa early.
Hubby just picked up the Elsa set and found a $3 peelie on Mama Mary’s pizza crust!! $20 with tax!
I went at a Walmart at 815am and my store said they only got 3 and sold out and the other store south only 4 . Very false advertisement. I went to Toys r us and used their 20% coupon on their website for instore for a digitial combo for $15.99. Walmart doesn’t need my business!!

My local Wal-Mart was sold out. They said they only received 4. That is ridiculous! I can understand 20-25 per store, but advertising in the sales paper and only offering 4 is just wrong. Got the Blu-ray combo for $19.XX, which is still a good deal, but feeling dissappointed.
I got the movie at my Walmart while grocery shopping and found a lot of $3.00 coupons for the Blu-ray version on the Mama Mia pizza crusts.

Wow they charged me $25 for the preorder! I just emailed them to complain. I won’t be preordering from the club ever again!
I saw lots of the combo packs with characters at Sam’s club today.
Wow, I am surprised by all the comments. Where I am, it seems there are a lot of couponers and deal seekers. So everything goes really quickly! But I went to Walmart early this morning around 8:30 am-9:00 am. I couldn’t find the sets, so I asked someone who showed me where they were. There were sets with both Elsa and Anna. I got the one with Elsa. There were still about 5 left after I got mine. I think I just lucked out, and perhaps others didn’t find out about the deal here. I am glad I went early though, as I would imagine the rest are gone by now. I plan on putting the character in the gift bin.
I preoredered frozen and it might come today or tommorow but I’m excited and I’m ready to watch it again
Ugh. I’ve been to 5 Walmart stores and called 10 looking for this gift set. Said each store only got 4 and was sold out by 7am. I need this for my daughters birthday gift. Guess its going to have to be just the dvd and no infinity figure. How disappointed
We didn’t need the infinity figure since we bought the 2 pack before Chrismtas for the kids but still a great deal

Yes, they work on all platforms…Wii, Xbox, PS3 etc. Not sure about the Xobx One or PS4
Just as a heads up, I’ve read, that you can’t play 2 player mode with the Wii version.
I’m not sure about that. We have the Wii Infinity and both my daughter and I played at the same time. I kinda got bored of it quickly so we didn’t do much but we did play together.
I picked up one at my Wal-Mart in Colorado and then headed to SAMs to pick some other stuff up. They are also selling the Infinity set with the blue ray combo pack but it’s $24.

Our Walmart didn’t have the Exclusive Gift Set. I’m disappointed. My daughter would have loved to have a Frozen character to play on Disney Infinity.
I also did a pre-order and it said my item wouldn’t arrive until March 21st at the earliest. Luckily, I was able to cancel the order and went to Walmart to purchase the same combo pack and saved a couple of dollars in the long run.

My mother was told by someone putting out the movies that the store did not receive any. So she took an infinity character to the front to see if they could honor the promotion that way. The manager told my mother that Walmart never does that type of promotion. My mother did not have the ad and asked for their copy to show them she was told they did not have a copy but the manager said she knows this was not a promotion Walmart had and kept denying what my mom was saying.
I emailed them. It feels like they figured they could do the old bait in switch. It worked because my mom had 2 little girls with her wanted the movie badly and she told them they were going there to buy it. And I am so angry that they basically called my mother a liar.

I found a little endcap that had pepperoni next to the frozen pizza isle. Seems like it was in the wrong spot, but I’m happy I found 1.
So…did anyone else know about the Toys R Us deal for Frozen? Place $1 deposit for upcoming Pirate Fairy (Tinkerbell movie set to be released 4/1) and get $10 off any Disney movie priced $19.99 or higher. I was not fortunate to get a Frozen DVD/Bluray combo pack as they were sold out within minutes, but I did order online and they said when it arrives, I can come in for the price adjustment. Even if I do not buy the Pirate Fairy movie, I will save $9 in the end. Man, I felt so out of the loop considering no one had a “really good deal” before today.
