    Just a reminder, Meijer has free prenatals. Just ask your obgyn for a script.

    your medical insurance should pay for prenatals for free as well.

    bigy and shoprite have a free vitamin program for prenatals as long as you have a valid rx. And also ask your insurance, as it is often free under your plan for specific kinds. Talk to them first, get a list and THEN go in for the rx with your doc. Since coinsurance and premiums are so high you have to be your own advocate if you would prefer keeping costs down.
