i really need help with these subscribe and save deals lately. i have been doing them for many years and loved it. my understanding was when you sub & save to an item you secure that price for the FIRST shipment. then if you don’t cancel the sub & save for subsequent months, the price of the item can change. HOWEVER, what i am finding now is that since i have to wait for the first of the month to receive all my sub & save items, even though i set up the sub & save order for say 1.99 (maybeline baby lips) right before it ships, the price i was being charged was 3.99 even though i had a 20% discount for prime, mom, 5 shipments in one month etc. i am concerned with the deals lately because they may not be much of a deal right before items ship. am i missing something? any clarification would be greatly appreciated 🙂 thank you so much!
