I can never get ibotta to take a picture of my receipt, it always just states, tap to focus but never takes the picture, anyone have any ideas? I use a android htc phone. Thanks in advance.
Cynthia. I have this happen to. U have to hold the phone as still as possible. U will see it zoom in.
I don’t have problems with receipts. It is scanning products like milk or shampoo bottles that are glossy and round that give me a very, very hard time. Several times I had to quit after trying 30+ min … What helps me is not to touch screen when scanning, just moving my hand closer/farther and letting the phone focus/snap picture on its own. I have Samsung

I agree with you…It’s hard to go through a gallon of milk when it’s just my husband and me!
You can freeze milk.
Two tips: Buy organic. It last much longer than conventional milk (and tastes better!). Make more milk-based recipes (mac and cheese, steel cut oats in crockpot with milk rather than water, etc.)

Does this have to be used at specific stores? I shop at Jewel and couldn’t find Jewel-Osco listed as an option. 🙁
Yeah, some stores don’t have ibotta (yet) like shaws in my area. Thankfully they recently got hannaford giv his the only other supermarket here besides the super Walmart.
Jewel does not participate with Ibotta. Plenty of other Chicago area stores do though! I have earned $162 in the last year with Ibotta!

We use lot of milk and everytime I buy two in the same receipt but they credit for only one and dont allow us to submit the same receipt twice
