I tried that once before with them….after creating a huge fuss they finally gave me a refund for the difference. I had placed an order and then tried to cancel/reorder using coupon code but was told I couldn’t cancel even though order had not yet been packaged or shipped.
That’s just not right!! I would have told them to cancel my order and I won’t be doing business with you again!!! They probably told you that because you wanted to use the code. But, I’ll bet if you just wanted to cancel, you should be able to! I hate companies that treat customers like that!!!
