Ordered mine! Thanks for the freebie!
Thanks! Also: the order goes through if you pick VISA as payment method and just put 14 0’s where the number goes and three 0’s for the CCV number 🙂
Oh girlfriend you are sneaky-sneaky. I like it!
=)
Thanks!
Thanks for the CC tip!
thank you, wouldn’t have don’t it if I had to put in a cc number.
thanks for the cc tip…I wanted to get the sample earlier but didn’t want to put in my cc no…glad I came back and read the comments!!!
FYI – when I entered my shipping address and clicked to continue to shipping, I got a message stating “Sorry there are no available shipping method for the selected destination”. I started a chat and was told that I got the message because I ordered other things in addition to the sample. The sample has to be ordered by itself.
I like the list of ingredients. No parabens! Thanks for the credit card tip Dani, great tip!
Thxs!!
Use that cc trick quite often. LOL
Thanks for the CC tip. 🙂
The cc trick worked thx !!!!!!
My problem is that when I went to register, got the message that an account already existed and to use the login side of screen. Entered email and password, but it didn’t match their records. Then went to enter email so that they could send me the password or link to reset with new password and got a message that email was not registered with their webstore. So confused & customer service & live chat is closed/offline.
I got this sample before and it didn’t work well in my hair. I asked my hairdresser friend and she pointed out that these are designed for african american hair types. They have changed the name of the product to include “multicultural” so I guess I’m not the only one who made that mistake. I just wanted to let people know not to waste the sample if they have fine to medium hair. But they do seem like a great company if you have hair of that type.
I think the “multicultural” was added to include people of mixed race not just African Americans.
I’m not multicultural but I am African American will long curly hair there products works great!!
I guess my point is that no matter what your race, these products are designed for the coarse and curly hair that many african americans have. Obviously, hair varies per person, and multicultural includes everyone. But it wasn’t called that when I ordered my sample over a year ago, and I had no idea it wouldn’t work well in my hair. My hair is curly, so I thought it would be fine. I’m just giving everyone a “heads” up 😉 to not bother getting this if it won’t work on your hair type. No sense costing the company money. I ended up throwing my samples away and I felt bad.
thanks!
