I got mine and the handle is pretty cheap, the black buttons don’t work very well, it’s tricky to remove the handle piece to get the pineapple to come off. Don’t know if anyone else has had this problem.
Had one similar to this and lost it. I ordered 3. Best tool ever. Hope this one works as well.
I bought one of these last time… It was a huge waste. It was cheaply made and hardly worked. I put it into the trash! I’d suggest spending a little more and buying one from a reputable places, like Williams-Sonoma.

I bought this the last time it was posted. If you love pineapple, get it!! It is very easy to use and seems like it will last a long time. It holds up to dish washing. The only thing is, you have to learn to estimate where the bottom of the pineapple is, or you’ll poke a hold in the bottom and the juice will fall out. Lol.
I finally bought one of these. We have two pineapples rotting on our counter because the cutting process is so daunting. I hope it works!

Funny, I just posted earlier this morning that I hadn’t received mine & they just arrived. Too bad they weren’t pakaged in a box & not just in a bubble wrapped paper envelope. The boxes are all smashed, won’t be very nice looking gifts. 🙁
