   I got one for my dog (Lillie). I tried to sign my sister up for her dog, Laila and it won’t accept the name Laila. Strange.

   I don’t have Sam’s Club card and it’s not letting me submit my sample…it says “correction needed above” . I have all my information entered correct…not sure why I’m getting this error – tried couple times.

    If your pet needs a new tag, please do not wait for this tag to come in…. A – it takes 6-8 Weeks… B – we all know that sometimes these freebies just never make it to us for one reason or another…. C – I hate to say it, but you pup could go missing tomorrow. Do not wait, go get a new tag ASAP. And microchipped if you can! Use this tag as a back up for if & when they do lose it. #endpsa

    WOW…4months later and still no dog tag? Are we sure u dont need to be a sams member? I mean, i’ve heard “may take 4-6 weeks for delivery,” but 4-6 months?!?!
