Oh my!! I placed my first order, but forgot that those were my husbands favorite! I happened to see your comment and was like OH NO! So in addition to the Starbucks ones I got I placed a 2nd order for the Caramel Vanilla!!! Called customer service 2 times, talked to different people and had absolutely no issues getting the 20% off adjustment! Didn’t take long at all!

I talked to customer service via live chat. They will take 20% off of your order once you place it and provide them the coupon code and order #. She said they don’t charge your card until it’s time to ship so you will be charged the correct amount (vs. having to get a refund on your credit card). Very nice and no problem getting them to apply the discount. As the first commenter posted, you do have to buy 2 boxes of the same flavor in order for the price to drop to $10.99. This is an especially good deal on the Starbucks 24 count boxes that are $18.99 – $8 off of a box! I stocked up and got 48 cups of Starbucks, 48 Donut Shop cups, 18 Half Caff (not available in 24 count box) and 24 Decaf French Roast (hated to pay the extra $2 for 1 box but I don’t need 48 cups of decaf) – all for $54.55 (incl. tax). 138 cups; $0.395 a cup. 🙂

Jen, I could only get to the 24 ct by clicking on the link in the message at the top that says 24 ct. I took me right to them. I got 96 for 34.16 !
go to staples home page. click on deals then coupons and go down to the coffee coupon and click on start shopping. then the coupon will be applied automatically! worked like a charm!

I went through the link Collin provided, found the item I wanted, looked up the item number under the “product information”, then typed in that item number into the search bar. All the 24 count boxes I wanted came up that way!
If you click shop now on the coupon it will not let you see the 24 packs!!! You have to get to those through Collin’s link!

Like others stated above, I had to add two of the same variety to get the price to go down to $10.99 but the 20% coupon would not work. I did the online chat and after I placed the order she was able to take 20% off manually. Thanks for the idea, Collin!

I got the coupon to work no problem, but I’m not seeing the additional discount when ordering 2 or more of the same brand/flavor. The Starbucks are still showing up at $12.99 16 K-Cups/Pack before the 20%.
The price drop is on the 24ct boxes, not 16.
I chatted with a customer service rep online and they had me place my order then within minutes they updated the total to reflect the 20% off discount.
Can anyone recommend any good chocolate or mocha coffees (of these k-cups) that are yummy but don’t taste have a really strong coffee taste? Im obsessed with the international delights iced mocha coffee, but would like to find something hot, too.
I just ordered the donut house chocolate glazed donut coffee. It was recommended to me by someone and has good reviews. My preference is always hazelnut.
My favorite is the Gloria Jean’s Mudslide. It has somewhat of a chocolatey taste but is also a light roast. I’ve also tried the Donut House Chocolate Glazed Donut and the Kahula flavored (not sure what brand that is, sorry). They are both fine, somewhat chocolatey and better than regular coffee, but have a much stronger/more bitter coffee taste, in my opinion. Whatever you choose, try to find a good chocolatey creamer to go with it; that helps! Nothing will taste as good as the International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee!! (Probably because it has a lot of sugar and regular coffee doesn’t, haha.)
You may also like the Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha. I think it’s about half cocoa and half instant coffee so nothing is left in the k-cup after you brew. It does have sugar though (unlike regular coffee) and less caffeine.
My husband will not drink coffee. He only drinks hot chocolate. He prefers Swiss Miss K-cups to any other he has tried. He said it had the least “bitter” taste (I guess from the artificial sweetners). HTH

HELP! I’m one of those that has had a heck of a time trying to find a good strong coffee KCup. I’ve tried Emeril’s Bold, Dark Magic, Green Mountain’s Espresso Roast, Sumatra, Jet Pack/Fuel (Something like that?), Kirkland’s Pacific Bold … And some others. I typically look for “Extra-Bold.” Unfortunately though these coffees seem off … Bitter really. I was purchasing Newman’s Organic from Costco (GREAT PRICE), but the last batch I bought produces a much weaker cup of coffee. So, I’ve kind of abandoned the Keurig all together and have been “cold-brewing” at home. I love cold coffee, but would love a hot option and the Kuerig is so convenient. Any suggestions Hipsters???

[I did buy a really nice filter insert … One that forces the water throughout the grounds versus a straight shot down and through, but it’s not convenient. Looking for more options.]

What’s interesting is that the coupon worked for me on the 18 ct k-cups that I had just sitting in my cart, but wouldn’t apply to the 24ct. The 24 ct is currently a better deal, so I followed the suggestions of others and placed my order, then contacted customer support using their live chat. I provided the order # and coupon code, and was able to get the 20% discount added to my existing order.

I did a live chat with customer service and they were going to add in coupon after I told them my order number, I was having trouble getting my order to submit so they placed my order and then called me for my credit card info… I ended up getting 3 boxes of Donut Shop/24 count and 3 boxes of Starbucks Blonde 24 count for a total of $42.99 including tax so basically less than $0.30 each!! Not for sure what all discount he gave me. Thanks Collin… was worth the wait and time with customer service.
