I ordered this the last time it was available and never received the e-code. Emailed corporate about resending code but haven’t heard anything back. Might anyone know who to contact to best follow-up?

I didn’t get the code either. I contacted the customer service after 2 weeks and they send me the email with the code.
Where did you find the customer service number? I received my code but it registered as “invalid” when I tried to use it. I contacted them via their contact form and I never received a reply. I had trouble finding a different contact number/email. Frustrating.
It won’t let me buy it. “You can not purchase that product, your limit has been reached.” I bought it last time they had it on sale. Guess you can’t buy it again.
Yeah, annoying! I bought it in November and opened a bunch of pkgs to get my points up, to get the same message…

Me to it said it has been reached I am sad I went threw the diaper stock pile like a crazy person entering codes to get the points I was short boo!!!!
My Huggies reward points mysteriously disappeared. Called customer service and was basically told that couldn’t have happened and they couldn’t do anything about it. Has this happened to anyone else? It’s so bizarre I had racked up quite a few points after entering the codes from the diaper shower I had but I have no idea how many points I had. I going to call back and try to talk to a manger tomorrow and see what happens.
Happened to me too. Tried emailing a couple of times but got no response. Think that the points are permanently gone. Had been saving them for 2years!
I was hoping to find some way to resolve this issue. My rewards disappeared as well. I too had been saving them up for 3+ years. They just vanished! I sent several emails, no response.
I was hoping this would be an actual gift card mailed to me…. you get an email and then have to wait up to 5 days to get the code emailed to you. Now to remember to look through all my junk emails for the code. I hope this works or I just wasted a lot of points!!
