The protein cheerios are unadvertised at Krogers this week, but they’re a part of the mega event at MANY stores for $1.99 wyb 5 participating items, so after the coupon, a really healthy delicious cereal for $0.99!!!

Meijer has these listed for $2.88 each, but if you buy 5, you get $5 off instantly. $.88 per box is an awesome price! I bought 2 of these and 3 of the new Spongebob cereals (for the kiddos). There is a $1/1 coupon on coupons.com for those as well.
These are very yummy!
I certainly don’t mean to be a killjoy, but for those watching their glucose intake (I.e. those with diabetes for example), the Protein Oats & Honey has 17 grams of sugar per 1 1/4 cup serving and the Protein Honey & Cinnamon has 16 grams of sugar per 1 1/4 cup serving. One cup of regular Cheerios has only 1 gram of sugar! I was very surprised when I read the nutritional content!
These are really good, but they have a lot of sugar in them. Also, the amount of protein listed on the front of the box is deceptive. It shows 10 grams in big print, but in smaller print it says thats the amount when you add milk. Just a heads up…
