I personally own one of these and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone because they are heavy and awkward to use, and usually end up spilling the gas because of how awkward it is.
I think all gas cans are awkward the use. I take the lid off and pour it into a funnel instead of using the leaky gas pump spout. I hate those things. We have three different brands and ages of cans in our garage for the various lawn equipment and they all leak. And I agree that 5 gallons of gas can get heavy, but when your grocery store gives you lots of gas rewards, you can fill up 30 gallons (which is my car from E and 3 of these cans) and save a ton of money!
I used store gift cards that I bought at the grocery store to buy all of my black friday purchases and to buy our new washer and dryer. We had enough gas points thanks to a double points promotion to redeem for free 30 gallons of gas 2.5 times! It was fantastic and I was going to need to buy all that stuff anyway!
