If you’re a fan of the higher-end Toni & Guy hair products and are headed to Walgreens, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for select products on clearance as low as $1.49-$8.49 (regularly $5.99-$16.99!)! Even sweeter, you may be able to find a high value $3/1 coupon at the beauty counter to sweeten these prices further…

[h2s_box]Check out the email I received from reader Tracy –

I went to 2 separate Walgreens and discovered Toni and Guy products 75% off. Some of the shampoos and conditioners were $3.79 and $4.29 (original price $14.99 and $16.99!). Plus if you go up to the beauty counter, they have a $3 off coupon on one item. So that made it as low as $0.79 each. I also bought the heat and protection mist at $1.49 and they let me use 3 coupons when I purchased 3 items so that made my total for a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and heat protection spray after the 3 coupons only $1.19 total. Awesome deal if your Walgreens has this line of salon products available. [/h2s_box]

If you’re not able to find the $3/1 coupon mentioned above, be sure to ask your beauty cashier if they possibly have any other Toni & Guy coupons behind the counter. My cashier was able to give me a $2/2 Dove, Nexxus, Suave Professionals, Toni & Guy, or TRESemme Hair Care products coupon (excludes trial & travel size) inside! Pair this coupon with the clearance prices and pay as low as $0.49 per item! Awesome!

(Thanks, Tracy!)

Just did this deal – they had the $3 coupon 🙂

I didn’t know about the coupon, but they did have them on sale at my local Walgreens in Houston, TX.

Where exactly is this coupon? I went into wags and checked the weekly ad and monthly coupon booklet but couldn’t find the coupon. Ladies at the register had no clue what I was talking about

Yesterday, I saw these products as well. I will asked the Beauty counter next time.
I wish their Q’s weren’t hidden away, but I can understand that some Q’ers would take them all.

Don’t forget to use points booster!! Also, beauty counter lady was soooo stingy with the $3 coupons!!!! Ridiculous.

What’s points booster? And I tried to use this with an item that was less than 3 dollars and the cashier refused to do it. She wouldn’t even consider adjusting down. This is why I rarely shop at Walgreens. Such a hassle everytime!

Walgreens changed their coupon policy at least a month ago, it is posted on walgreens.com , we no longer adjust coupons down. sorry.

Any other reviews? I looked at the ingredients list and this brand uses SLS and silicones–both not great for my expensively dyed (and constantly fading) hair. Anyone with dry or colored treated hair use this brand?

      • AthenasByLeandra

Aimie……I sell a shampoo and conditioner that is all natural, no parabens, vegan, not tested on animals, and made in the U.S.A. it is also GREAT for those with frizzy or dyed hair. It does not fade away your color and makes your hair 10x softer. Also because of the natural ingredients, it also helps keep away split ends from straightening and blow drying! I found some left on clearance but no coupons left (or at least none they were willing to give out). Still paid $4.00 and received 5000 points for each product. It worked buying multiple products at each time. The 5000 points printed for the dry shampoo, shine spray and leave in conditioner too.
