The offer says you can only purchase one item to get the full cash back. Then how do you purchase both the TIde and the Cottonelle?
The purchases had to made at different stores – Tide at Walmart and Cottonelle at Kmart. The Tide was only for new members, so if you purchased this first and then the Cottenelle, you could get both. However, the Cottonelle was only good yesterday. When it says that only one item can be purchased to get the full amount back, they mean don’t include multiple items in your transaction.
Tide is for new members, citronella was for yesterday, Wednesday only

Yeah, I’ve been having problems all day. Tried to get the Tide yesterday and wasn’t having any problems with the site but wasn’t getting the account confirmation email. Then I get it and now can’t get to the offer. Go figure!

I did the TIDE, the Cottonelle, the water and the Downy cashbacks. The only one that showed up was the Tide. I have written back and forth with customer service for days now and I am extremely frustrated. I think it’s a computer generated response because it makes no sense in regards to what I posted. Back to ebates for me, after I return these items.

I posted a claim with Top Cash Back and still to this day..nothing! The deal I did was early July for the same TP listed here… WASTE…I spent $8 for TP that I’d usually spend half or less!

Def stay away. They responded to all my missing claims with “you didnt click through the link”. Lesson learned… At least this lesson cost me less than $20. I was considering the cell phone deal. Good thing i didnt! I also filed a BBB Complaint.
