Kmart: Doubling Coupons up to a $2 Value with a $25 Purchase (Score FREE Suave Products & More!)
This week only, September 28th through October 4th, Shop Your Way Rewards Members get to double their manufacturer coupons up to a $2 value with the purchase of $25 or more (calculated before coupons) in grocery, household and drugstore merchandise at Kmart. Limit 5 coupons per customer per day. Limit 4 purchases of the same item. Excludes buy 1 get 1 FREE offers, Kmart Savings Coupons and store coupons.
Note that if the double coupon value exceeds the value of the item, the double value will automatically be reduced down to the cost of the item (so you won’t get overage, but you will get the item free).

Cuckoo for coupons has a list of over 100 deals, 23 freebies for this if you want to add more deals to your shopping list. I went this morning and took my husband to do 2 transactions and walked out with moneymakers!
Can you use more than 5 coupons and only 5 will double or only 5 total coupons?
The computer (cash register) will double 5 coupons, and then all other coupons after that will only be face value.
Yeah, if you are using more than five coupons, make sure to tell them which ones you want doubled.
Went this morning, had a bad experience in the beginning like last time, my $2 coupons didnt scan, knowing me, i fight it till i get my way, then manager pushed my coupons through, then walked away with the deals i wanted. I dont think ima try it again.
Every time I go to my Kmart, coupons never scan right or the cashiers don’t know how to process them. Then with help usually, they click coupon on their screen, then scan the coupon, then select the matching item on the list (but most cashiers just pick an item at random) for the coupon to go through. The cashier today entering a couple of them with help. Then with the last couple she said since it beeped that they went through even though it was obvious on the screen that they didn’t and my total didn’t change. I just said fine and I would check my receipt and go to customer service. There I was told that coupons were doubled up to $2 as in the value after doubling would be $2 max. So I got $2 back for a missed $1.50 coupon and no doubling on my $2 coupon.

You have to spend $25 in pantry and health and beauty in order to get 5 coupons doubled. The coupons doubled are for pantry and health and beauty only. Batteries and stationery are actually included in this deal for double coupons.
If the coupon says Manufacturers Coupon on it but has the wording of another store or another stores logo, they WILL NOT accept it.
So for some reason I’m a little confused. Does your total have to be 25$ before coupons or after coupons?

Remember to bring in store coupons (like the $10 back in points after a $20 purchase) and/or use surprise points (I had $5! They expire quickly though). I did this today and ended up paying $2 OOP and got back $20 in points.

Just left kmart. Bought 2 vidal styler gels, 2 excedrin migraine, 1 suave professional shampoo and 1 conditioner, 2 suave professional hairsprays (these were cheaper then the $3.39 listed price, they were only $2 each so my coupon would only double to $3). After doubler/coupons only paid 52 cents
After reading these comments, I am more confused than ever. I will completely skip this promo and stay with the stores that I love, CVS and RiteAid. So glad everyone shared!

I am with you Jennifer, everything sounds like a great deal but not all the stores/employees/managers know their coupon policy. The store close to me will not combine Kmart coupons with manufactures coupons and also if coupon reads ONE PER PURCHASE, you can use only one. I still have my facebook coupons but I will not even try to use them.
You can use the facebook coupons online – just enter the code under the barcode in the coupon code field while viewing your cart – and if you follow a personal shopper you can get 3 months of free syw max shipping (as long as you haven’t done a trial before) and you will get free shipping on anything that is $10 or more (that is sold directly by sears or kmart) or any order that is $30 or more (again as long as they are sold by kmart or sears) Its a fantastic way to get christmas presents!
If the store is not abiding by their own corporate coupon policy, I would contact their corporate office and complain. I did that to Walmart and the store manager called and apologized and said she would explain the coupon policy to everyone.

I grabbed a bunch of household items. But at my store customer service is terrible..the cashier didn’t want to double my 2.00 coupon she said that 2.00 stays at 2. I was so upset. I tried to explain that 2 goes up to 4. I wasted over an hour an got nothing. Never Wana shop at kmart again.
The 5 coupon limit kills it for me. I would do it if I could use more coupons that double. With 2 small children and a 10 mile drive to the nearest Kmart, this deal is just not worth it to me.
It really can be if you take into consideration all the promos they are having with it – like $5 coupon back on $20 purchase of specific items, $10 MIR on $30 specific item purchase, plus you can combine the $10 back in points on $20 or $30 purchase coupons – you can definitely get some money making deals!! (I’ve posted a few on my FB page)
The last time that Kmart had double coupons I had a horrible experience. Cashier and manager didn’t know how to double my coupons and they kept giving me dirty looks. I was in line for 30 minutes and was overcharged in the end. Ugh, I get irritated just thinking about it. I don’t even bother to use coupons at Kmart (or shop there much for that matter) anymore. Its not worth the headache in my opinion.
I went last night and the cash register did it automatically, all she did was scan my coupon and then the cash register subtracted the exact same one again. so you shouldn’t worry if the cashier doesn’t know anything. Just make sure to give your sywr card first.
I always give them my sywr card at the beginning of the transaction..The last time the cashier did scan it but the register wasn’t taking off the correct amounts so she called over the manager (who was equally confused). It was such a long wait at the register and like I said the cashier and manager wasn’t exactly friendly to me.
So sad, our local Kmart is closing in dec so starting today everything is 10% off and they are not doing the double coupon event and as of next week not having sales fliers 🙁 what was kind of funny is the place was mobbed!! People filling there carts for a measly 10% off.

I did this today and I love the game! I have about $10 points going to expire in several days. I redeemed $9.7 points in the transaction and got $10.15 back to spend next time! Also I submitted that P&G $10 rebate and I am just waiting for reply! Hope I can get it as expected! After all I have 0 OOP, more points and $10 visa gift card! So excited! 🙂

I got 4 Pantene shampoos, 2 Pantene stylers, 2 Vidal Sassoon shampoos and 2 febreze spray. Doubled 5 coupons (two $2/1 for Pantene stylers, two $2/1 for VS shampoos and one $1.5/2 febreze). And used two $4/2 Pantene shampoo coupons (not doubled). The hair care products are all buy one get one 50%. I also used $10 points back with $30 purchase SYWR Facebook coupon and it worked! Hope the information helps!

Used 4 $2 Vidal Sassoon coupon
Used 2 $2 Olay coupon
Used 1 .50 Scott coupon
My total before coupons was $27.95
Minus $22.50 coupons = $5.45
And I used my $5 points for following my personal shopper. =.45 oop
Are the game coupons doubling? I didn’t see toys as being an included category with coupons that would double.
Glad some are getting good deals at Kmart! I find their restrictions and exclusions way to confusing! And my local store makes even the simplest check out a painful experience.
I agree Molly. I’ve lived in Michigan and now Illinois and I find that every Kmart is the same – excruciatingly LLLLLOOOONNNNGGG checkouts with the register beeping at every coupon. However, I will have to say, it is my go-to place for cheap toilet paper and free shampoo 😉 I always expect a 15 minute checkout and am never disappointed – ha!

It should say in it if they are or not. (I believe most kmarts are, the only exceptions I’ve seen is if they are closing)

Does anyone can you use Huggie coupons and they get doubled?
Went to my local KMart and turns out they refuse to double Internet Printable Coupons at all. Which just irked me because there’s nothing in the fine print about it and I had no idea until after I started to check out. I even went straight to the customer service desk to check to see if the store was doing super double. They could have mentioned that to me before I shopped! The last super double promo they had they totally took Internet Printable Coupons and doubled them. This honestly felt like a punitive move on my local KMart’s part and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m going to find a way to redeem my SYWR points and just avoid KMart completely in the future.
Loved your video! I just got back from a Kmart shopping trip that didn’t go quite as planned. I knew the total didn’t seem right but couldn’t figure it out while I was at the customer service desk (too much pressure! Haha). Now that I’m home, I realize they didn’t ring up one of my coupons which would have doubled and made my shampoo purchase nearly free. Is there anything I can do about it now?
