   I’m not seeing the tissue coupon on Target’s website? It’s not popping up from your link and it’s also absent when I type it in… ?

  I found the
  75¢ off Select up & up® item, so I’m assuming that’s it. 🙂

  Look for Select UP & UP Item, it has a picture of shaving cream in the box.

  They are fine for daily use but I think a little rough for when you’re sick and constantly blowing your nose.

  Thanks. I just got back from target and bought the 3 ply with lotion. 75 tissues per box, but for .50 you can’t go wrong.

  the coupon says “select up & up” items. it does not say the word “tissue” if thats what you are searching.

  After you print it out, it says “facial tissue.”
