My Target (Shreveport, LA) was consolidating Halloween stuff today, but the pet section still had its Halloween items there. I bought some cat nip toys at 90% off.

Also got some great deals on candy with Target coupons that don’t expire until 11/8/14, plus the M&M cartwheel.

  2. Tonya

I was so hoping to score the minion jackets for nephews! Oh well. Even the costume pj’s were $12 at my target. Win some and lose some.

  3. Julianne

I’m in SE Michigan, Rochester Hills and not much was left. I did get a pumpkin carving kit, candy corn m&m’s for $1 total.

  4. Katie

Thanks so much! Was able to buy 2 minion jackets 1 ninja turtle jacket 4 pairs of boxers and 1 dog shirt all for $8 and some change

    • Yoko

Where did you find those hoodies? With Halloween clearance or in a regular boy’s department?

      • Katie

        Regular toddler department

  5. Mary O

I found some spider lights complete with cobweb for a dollar . I had to ask the salesclerk to make sure it was the right price !!!
not expecting that The original price $10.00 !!!!

  6. Chelsie

Went today Halloween oreos $.89 and you can use the $.50 off coupon= $.39!! And also grabbed two bags of pumpkin spice hershey kisses $.91 each and still had a TQ for $1.50 off two bags that expires 11/8/14 just $.16 each! Awesome deals even without coupons!

  7. Michelle

My puppy is kind of wussy in the cold, so I bought him the rufferee shirt. I tried it on him 2 hours ago and he still doesn’t want to take it off! 70 cents well spent! Lol

  8. Queenjen87

Oh I also found a spinning light up pumpkin wand for .49 … Perfect for disney on ice on Friday. Dd was asking for a light up stick at the circus. My husband laughed and asked if I was really going to take it and give it to her there. Uh yeah, you bet! 🙂 I’ll just tell her it’s Cinderella’s magic pumpkin.

    • Melissa

smart! I would do the same thing 🙂

    • MommySpendsLess

When we went to Disney on Ice with my daughter and her friend I bought the girls each a Disney Princess necklace/bracelet set (clearance from Claire’s with free ShopRunner), generic princess wands that lit up and played music ($5 each from ToysRUs) and Glowbys Fiber Optic Hair Lights from CelebrateExpress (free ShopRunner). Total I spent about $20 for both girls which would have probably gotten me a single souvenir there.
Have lots of fun! The shows are great! 🙂

  9. Taya

Anyone know of any other hidden deals? I found the 49 cent 4pack tissue paper there was a lot left still! Couldnt find the zip lock baggies =(

    • Sarah

Taya, did you find the tissues in the Halloween clearance isle, or somewhere else?

      • Tanya

They were in the regular kleenex section. They are up and up brand. Some look like pumpkins some look like ghosts and some have an umbrella with fall leaves raining down.

  10. Shauna

I came across Legos in the $1 spot marked down to .39 cents today!

I was at Target south Tulsa late this evening. There were lots of Baker’s White Chocolate with Halloween Mold Kit. Another shopper told me a woman at another Target bought the whole shelf full. We couldn’t figure out why, until I investigated further. They are marked down from 2.99 to .89. However, inside the box is a .55 cent coupon and a 4 oz Bakers white chocolate bar, which by itself on the shelf on the baking isle is 2.24. I presume this woman bought so many for Christmas baking, perhaps to make peppermint bark????

    • Joy

I bought one of those molds, too. The bars are on price cut at my store for $1.99 so over half price for just the mold and bar. Should have bought more.

  12. Melissa

Got 4 kids halloween costumes, an adult costume and 1 goodie bag for $10! We are set for next year! Tissues would have been great but oh well! Thanks hip2save!

  13. Tarheel

FYI – as the day goes on and they are bringing out Xmas merchandise they sometimes find Halloween items that were overlooked in the back. Went tonight at 6pm and they were un boxing some of the Orange paper plates for .29. So you never know what you will find.

  14. Anna

sunmaid yogurt raisins – with the little individual boxes for $.74 – found on a hangy thing at an end cap in the grocery section. Yum, yum!

  15. Mel

Anything good in the Katy, TX area? Would be great to know before I go tomorrow…
Thanks in advance for the heads up! 🙂

    • Mary Beth

I found some good stuff yesterday morning at the Super Target in Katy, but I went back later in the afternoon and everything had been pretty wiped out-It was surprising to see how quickly stuff went

      • Mel

Thanks! Maybe I’ll venture on the one by I-10 to see if there is anything left…

  16. Julie

Ran to Target for the Minion Hoodies. Found the exact ones, but were ringing up at full price 🙁 (In Bay Area, California)

    • Shauna

Only the toddler minion hoodies are clearance.

  17. Michelle

Thanks for all the tips ladies! In regards to the Bay Area stores in California one of the managers told me because of the area I live in we rarely get any clearance items marked past 50%. So my store will mark out the items and throw them away or donate them. But I’m so happy to hear all the other people getting great clearance deals!!

    • Melissa

my area is the same, I actually overheard them checking the shelves with scanners and saying “if it rings up clearance, take it to salvage” which I’m assuming means it’s going away not to be sold.

    • Lala

Yes, in my store in SoCal-Simi Valley, they donate them to Goodwill.

      • Juliana

any items left in simi valley Lala?

  18. Stephanie

I found a few deals at my target, but I just wanted to say that when I used the price scanner it showed them as a higher price than when the cashier rang it up. The scanner said a costume was 12.50 and the register said 1.80! Always good to double check.

  19. Darcy

I went yesterday in Chicago burbs and they had lots of costumes left. I got many toddler ones for $1-2, including jake the pirate, wolverine and a shark. 🙂

  20. Brittany

I was there yesterday. My 3 year old got green nail polish for $.19 and a butterfly fairy wand for $.40. I found pumpkin cheesecake Market Pantry cookies for $.57/box after Cartwheel, Spiderman & Mr. Potato Head (It is like your pumpkin is the “potato head”) push in pumpkin decorations for $.70-.80, and a Disney Princess wand for $.50.

  21. B

I went last night and got cupcake/cake pop stands for $.99; witch’s hat for $1; caramel candy for $.30 – thank you!

  22. JH

I found a 12 month onsie for I think .59 cents! It was the only one though in the toddler department. Picked it up for a friend. They had great deals, but ours was picked over. I would suggest heading over quickly!

  23. Sherri

I made it to another Target this morning (3 close to my home in SE Michigan). They had a lot of Men’s boxers for $.59, regularly $5.99. They are on an end cap in the Men’s department, but are not marked as clearance. Be sure and scan them because not all of the Halloween boxers/briefs are ringing up as clearance. I found 3 different boxers on sale: ones with ants, one with spider webs, and one with haunted houses on them. They also had Men’s Halloween socks on clearance on the same end cap.

  24. Michelle

Got 3 minion jackets for $1.40 each this morning at my target in Baltimore, MD. Thanks for the heads up! My boys will be very happy. Love this site!

  25. Dara

I’m in Los Angeles, and got a bunch of boys’ T-shirts for 90¢ each that were
mixed in with the $9 ones! I’d seen them marked down right after Halloween,
so I recognized them amongst the other shirts. There was a Charlie Brown
and Snoopy one, a Lego Movie one, and an Olaf one. Lots of sizes, too!

  26. AC

The cartwheel didn’t come out for me for 5% off Archer Farms Trail Mix on Archer Farms Pumpkin Spice Trail Mix. They are all on the 70% clearance section at my Target in SoCa.

  27. Diane

I found the minion sweatshirt for $1.50, pop secret kettle corn with ninja turtles on the bag for $1.07, brach’s bag of caramels for $.80, Reese’s pumpkins $.30, and “child’s play” bag of candy (tootsie rolls, etc) $2.39 (this is great because my son is allergic to peanuts and this mix is made in a peanut free facility – will put up for Christmas!)
