CVS Black Friday Deals (11/27-11/29)

Hip2Save may earn a small commission via affiliate links in this post. Read our full disclosure policy here.

CVS will be open on Thanksgiving day. Call your local store for specific hours.

There are some nice freebies at CVS during Black Friday; however most of the *HOT* deals (including 19 freebies!) will be valid from 11/23-11/26 (stay tuned for those deals on Saturday, 11/22! 🙂 )! Remember, you can almost always ask for a rain check if your store is out of stock on an item (some exclusions apply)….and rain checks never expire!

If you are a newbie to CVS shopping, head on over here to check out the CVS Store Guide! And if you are new to all this coupon mumbo jumbo (huh?!), then check out our Coupon Newbie section.

[h2s_box width=”1″ style=”solid” color=”#1231A3″]Want to create your own custom printable shopping list?!
After much reader feedback, I am testing a new feature that allows you to easily create your very own custom shopping list! To add deals to your shopping list, simply click on the box to the left of the deal scenario. Once you have clicked the boxes next to all your favorite deals, click on the printer icon located at the top right of the post title and follow the instructions. Then just print your custom list and take with you to the store! Easy peasy! [/h2s_box]

NOTE: Since this is the Black Friday Match-ups, most of the deals are great. As a result, I did not highlight anything in red since almost every deal would be highlighted. 😉

    Awesome, thank you Collin!

  2. Emily

The Crayola products look like cute gifts for $5. Hoping to get my son one of each:)

    • Jennine

Yes I was goin to say that’s an awesome price as this is the same one crayola put out two Christmas’s ago for $50

    • Erin

I would check reviews on Crayola gifts. I’ve found really great prices on several items, but the reviews were not great. I ignored them and was burned. I don’t ignore the reviews anymore!

  3. Mayra

The .50/1 Speed Stick/ Lady Speed Stick coupon expires 11/15 🙁

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Whoops – thanks for catching that! Just updated…

  4. Amy

Awe I miss the red. The deals don’t seem as good without the red 😉

  5. Jenn

Are these the deals that start the 23rd?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

No these are deals valid 11/27-11/29. Stay tuned for the rest of the deals valid 11/24-11/26 with 19 freebies! 🙂

  6. Jane

I miss the old days with dozens of free and MM’s 🙁 It really isn’t worth the madness for me this year.

    • kt

There is more free stuff on the 11/23/14 ad. Look at that one. over 20 things for free

      • A

KT, where do you see that ad for 11/23?

        • Deal ninja

Iheartcvs.com has the ads in advance

  7. kt

The speedstick coupons expires on 11/15, before the sale

  8. Tammy M.

Awesome, Thank you Collin! I am ready go shopping lol!!!

  9. Yolanda

Still new at couponing, what are black Friday match up’s?!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

These are usually the best deals that will be valid the Friday after Thanksgiving, although these will be valid 11/27-11/29.

  10. Carol_R

    Thanks Collin.

  11. Amy Stotts

Thanks so much for the early look at my favorite store! I will definitely be getting my butt out to visit them!

You know, I have been thinking, stores like this, when they know there’s a hot ticket item or when something is free after rewards, it would be SOOOOO smart to have the rainchecks already printed and ready. I mean, they may still end up writing some out by hand, but it would be such a time saver when the lines are long.

I especially think that with Kroger mega events (I’ve already had to get 9 rainchecks this week) and things like the freebies at drug stores. I’d definitely print up some for the Crayola products…pretty sure I’ll be finding them out of stock at my store.

  12. Misty

    What’s ecb?

    • Shayla

ExtraCare Bucks. It’s a coupon that prints at register to be used on future purchases. There are a few exclusions but for the most part, can use on anything in store. Just a heads up though, must be used all at once so it’s not like a gift card. HTH

  13. Rowen

Are we going to get some deal scenarios or would that be too much of a hassle? Thanks!

    • Caryn

eeek! Hoping for the same thing 😉

  14. steph

Just a question does cvs or any of the drugstores get real crowded or whats a good time to go if my store is 24 hrs

    • Chelsea

Walgreens is always packed right after midnight for us here, but RRs don’t usually print until 1am anyway so I usually go to my non-24hr Walgreens bc it opens at 9am so I can get there right at 9am and all items are still available on the shelves, unlike the 24hr Walgreens. CVS doesn’t have as much traffic at midnight around here, mostly due to the limits, which is really nice on BF when I want to get a deal and don’t have to wonder if shelves are already cleared like at Wags.

  15. Linda

Thank you so much. Love the new check the box and print program you have.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re so welcome, Linda! Glad to hear you like it! 🙂

  16. Steph

When I click the link for the M&M coupon it says program has ended.

  17. Candice

Does anyone know Since it’s limit one is that one per transaction or one per card?

    • Ashley57

      That is per card.

  18. Candice

Does anyone know about the limit? I know it’s a limit of 1 but is that one per transaction or per card? If I go twice will my card number somehow know I’ve already gotten this deal?

  19. nicole

iheartcvs has a 4 day ad from the 18th-21st with a ton of free stuff. Are you making a list for that ad too?

  20. nicole

they accidentally posted last years….I figured it out

  21. Carol_R

    Thanks so much Collin.

  22. Baxter

Do you know if there are any deals that start on sunday?
I won’t have a car on Black Friday. Only on sunday, monday, and tuesday. Are there any deals I can get on these days?

  23. Ann

I am a little confused. Some of the deals are the same as in Sundays deals. Are they the same ones or can you do them again?

    • Patty Schwager

I have this question as well, the deals that are the same as Sundays can you do these again with the new sale?

  24. nin

Is anyone having trouble printing the CVS Hershey’s Q? I watch the video and then it say to print the coupon, but I can’t scroll down on the picture to actually click the print button?

  25. Samantha

Does anyone know what time CVS opens on Thursday?

  26. Jess

Totally just looked at/wrote down 2011’s deals – it was the first that came up when I searched! 🙁 And now I’m disappointed because there was SO much more stuff in that ad! lol!

  27. Midula

yes most of the cvs is opened on thanksgiving . And 24 hrs cvs thanksgiving sale starts 12am

  28. Elizabeth

I don’t know about anyone else, but I received a $5 off $15 in store purchase good until the end of the month. would make for a great deal when combined with the three day sale items!

  29. miranda

My store opens at 7am I called them today they are not a 24 hour store.

  30. mel

If anyone didn’t buy the Colgate toothpaste during the 4-day ad, ck your online ad b/c mine shows $2.49 ECB for buying the same Colgate toothpastes advertised the 4 day ad. I used the $2.49 coupon that printed from the coupon center and $0.50 manuf coupon, got it free and $2.49 ecb back!
