I do not think the set for $22.49 is included in the cartwheel offer, does not show the cartwheel offer online like the other set does but I might be wrong because the other set is sold out already, lol
I would just price match target.com ($22.50) and use the cart wheel. They have done this for me before in store.
There are two different ones. The set marked 22.49 is not the one the cartwheel coupon is for.

It looks like the horses are different. In the more expensive set, the horses legs are jointed to allow movement. It also says that you can “push down on the back of her saddle and she can really bend to drink” or “push the front of her saddle, and she moves forward”. It seems that the saddle on the more expensive set also includes a clip to hold the Barbie on.

How did you price match. They don’t price match.
Target will price match if you go to customer service. They will look up the item on an iPad and price match it for you… Amazon, Walmart.com or of you have a paper ad. Then after they price match use your cartwheel 🙂

How did you price match on Amazon?
Go to the service desk! They’ll look up the store your price matching on their iPads. I have never had a problem with them honoring a cartwheel or coupon after price match! I believe it’s in their policy!? I would print it out and bring it with you.. Hth
my store wouldn’t let me price match and do the cartwheel….I didn’t think this was right so I called customer service and asked and they said you get one or the other….aggravating 🙁 plus reason 678 I shop online, the rude lady behind me asking if anyone else worked here because I was taking too long for her liking :/
If you look up target policies, it does say that they will do one or the other. they will apply the cartwheel FIRST, then if the price match is still lower then they will price match the item… but they won’t use the cartwheel on it.

I am thrilled with this toy. I have seen all the other cartwheel offers so far and I was like mmm maybe. I zoomed over to Target to check this one out. This is a great toy! The horse moves its head and the legs move. Plus it was on sale for $39.99 from $44.99. So with cartwheel app and an extra 5% with red card, $19.00. Total happy camper here!
My Target doesn’t even carry it. How frustrating! I have yet to get one of the 50% cartwheel deals. I am giving up on these.
