I didn’t see this until after I placed my orders, but I was able to do two different orders, one for my son, one for my daughter and the code was added automatically for me each time. I wonder if one will be cancelled?

If you sign up for emails you get 20% off and free shipping at 50. It is a coupon….can this be combined with the visa code?

That’s not a surprise with 6 orders.
had a issues at checkout. the code did not work for me and they said you have to check and make an account through Visa. i dont need yet another CC and account on file. They had me on hold to see if i can just get $10 through them.
Why would they just give you $10 off? Their gain is you making an account through them and hopefully using their services again later. It’s a business not charity.
They should cancel orders for people that abuse the code. It says in the fine print only to use once
…agree. The one thing I’ve learned from Collin and Hip2Save is when a company is generous to offer a promo (additional dollars off) WITH free shipping not to abuse it by repeat orders when the offer specifies one per customer.
Did anyone get a confirmation email sent to their email address confirming the order? I only got the code at checkout. The money was debited out of my account. I wanted to make sure the order went through and there is no way to track the status of my order since I didn’t have a Gymboree account

How long did it take for them to cancel the order? I placed multiple orders within the past few hours. I’ve only received order confirmations. No cancellations so far…
Why abuse a good deal? It’s people like you who ruin everything for others. I’m a huge fan of Gymboree, but 1 per customer, means 1 per customer. It would serve you and the others who placed multiple orders right for them to ALL be canceled. People always have to abuse the system.
Typically it has nothing to do with abusing the system. More so that people didn’t it was one per customer. Ms. Collin didn’t even post that disclaimer on the site until someone pointed it out.
I have a pre-authorization on my bank statement from gymboree for the amount of my purchase then there is a pre – authorization for $1 from visa. Anyone else getting charged an additional amount? I haven’t gotten a confirmation email for my order yet.

Melissa – I just called VISA checkout – and it is a “pre-authorization” to validate the card, and the charge will disappear. Hope this helps!

I created an account, added the code and I haven’t seen the subtotal change. It’s prompting me to go to the next screen but I don’t want to continue to place oreder unless I know that it is going to apply the promo code. Does it apply it after or should I be seeing it?
