walgreens is notorious when they advertise anything at 2/ for. if you buy one item, they always and i mean always up charge you for buying one. they will show in big letters and numbers 2/6.00 and in a very small print it will say 1 at 3.59.
tip: sometimes when i go shopping at walgreens and something is on sale for the 2/ for, and only one item is left on the shelf, i will not let them up charge me for the 1 item. it’s not my fault their is only one item remaining on the shelf. 🙂
me too I always demand the discount when one is left.
I have inquired about that as well and was told they if they have one left, the can ring up the sale price. Another tip I learned from a customer ahead of me in line at Rite Aid is if they have a BOGO Free sale and there’s only one on the shelf, they can charge 1/2 price for the 1st item!

I wish someone would teach me how to get a coupon without printing the whole page. What a waste of paper and ink… Thanks for the need to buy 2… I will go print another coupon.
Yup and the coupon prints at the bottom of the page so it wastes a ton of ink. Really did not like that.
