Afraid to use Snap any longer. I’m still waiting on my wipes purchase from over a month ago to be processed. Also, have never gotten credit for my referrals. Boo to Snap!

I have $10 in wipes pending from a month ago. I purchased other items after that. They were processed the same day.

      • Marjorie

My wipes were just approved last week.

I had the same issue with the Huggies diapers. I emailed them and they gave the credit within 24 hours.

I had 5 receipts pending, so I finally contacted them through the app. I was nice in my reply, just stated I was curious as to why the uploaded receipts hadn’t credited, listed the dates, items & amounts (good thing I kept track in a notebook!). Each receipt finally credited within a few days of each other. All of my receipts I have sent since the beginning of Nov have credited within a day or 2. I think the Sept/Oct receipts are stuck in la-la land and the only way the get your credit is to contact them.

I waited for a REALLY long time, but it seems like they’re slowly catching up on all the orders. I’ve finally been reimbursed for every offer I’ve submitted. I even received an email apologizing for the delay. πŸ™‚ They should hopefully go through soon for you!

My receipts are pending fro one month. I contacted them and they are saying we are trying catching up. I don’t like this app anymore but I need $20 in my account for cash out. The best app for me so far is checkout51.

I also had a long delay with SNAP … Some receipts were processed quickly, others took a month but eventually they caught up. On their Facebook page they said they were swamped when people started signing up so I guess they didn’t have enough help, etc. When I requested the check for $20 + I received it rather quickly so hopefully they’re working out the problems. Just wanted to make sure they were a legit company and since they were with Groupon I figured it would be ok but you do worry about it a bit. Wish they offered more items, plus many go so quickly but still worth having this app. Ibotta is good but more difficult since you have to match the store to the item where with SNAP and Checkout 51 you can shop anywhere and submit the claim. Anyhow, the more apps like this the merrier.

Did those offers go into effect today? Or, would the produce I bought yesterday be okay to use? Thanks.

    • Tiffany H

When you click redeem it will ask you if your receipt is dated between such and such.

  4. Meg

I am also waiting on receipts to process and referrals πŸ™

I had some issues with waiting time on the wipes, but they finally came through! Yay! Made another purchase and it was credited the same day. Feel much better about this app now! If you would like to sign up using my referral I would be SO greatful! Thanks!

Can we use old receipts or the date has to be today or after?

Like others, my main problem with Snap is that they are sloooooow to process. It took over a month for some of mine to process. That and they only have what seems to be a very small amount of many of these deals. It’s an ok program, but definitely second tier behind ibotta and checkout 51, or even shopmium.

Has anyone cashed out on snap yet? This just reminded me. I just requested a check. We will see how long it takes.

    • Mary

I received my 20.00 check this week! It took about a month which is a fair amount of time in my opinion. πŸ™‚

    • Cindy

I did a cash out recently and just received my check. When I cashed out I had a total of $20.50, received a check for $11.00. I just sent them an email, hoping to find out where the rest of the money went to and what they plan to do about it. You have to have a minimum of $20.00 yo cash out, so it doesn’t make sense they would only send a check for $11.00.

  9. Ashley

I agree with most people on here. I was having issues with receipt pending forever on previous offers, but now they go through w/in 24 hours.

I LOVE that they always have produce and generic item offers, like checkout 51.

  10. Ohiogirl

I just submitted my receipt a little bit ago for organic potatoes I bought yesterday. I already received an email that $.50 has been credited to my account!

  11. Mariann

I just refreshed my snap and I don’t have any of these offers. Perhaps their regional or account specific.

  12. Marija

For what it’s worth, I just installed the app since I bought a turkey yesterday. I had the offers and it was approved within minutes.

  13. TracyS

What bothers me most about the app is that it does not tell you when something expires (not “all gone”, but just no longer offered). 2 days ago, the app had broccoli, but when I went to enter my purchase yesterday, it was gone.
At least Ibotta has expiration dates.
