Mine arrived today as well. It didn’t seem like as good of a value as last time, but it could just be that they aren’t products I’m as familiar with so I’m missing the value.

i think mine were stolen because I never received any of them. I ordered three!!
I called customer service because my tracking number stated “not available”. It seemed to be lost in the system and I was credited the amount.
Pat, same thing happened to me with the gift cards and customer service was rude!!! Finally got them to cancel my order and refund my card first week in December and what do you know, I received the boxes on Friday!

I received all 5 about 6 days ago…now I received 4 at noon..and my last one at 3 pm..was def worth it! I like targets beauty boxes over Wal-Mart 🙂

I signed up and confirm email said an email will be sent when box ships and then the box will arrive 5-7 days after that. Email also said box should arrive 9-14 days from now. HTH

My Target box never did come and the tracking was invalid – I ordered it Oct 21 – I called and complained daily for several weeks and was told they had inventory problems and that it was not coming back in stock and basically I was out of luck. They offered a refund which I was not happy about considering the wasted time and advertised value of the box – they did eventually agree to give me the eye liner and lipstick. This was acceptable to me but not very optimistic about future boxes from Target or Walmart (Left about 10 messages regarding the Walmart winter box and as of now zero return calls or e-mails)

Gina : my box is exactly like yours as well. I saw a YouTube unboxing for the over 35 age group ( mine) and hers had a lipstick as well , which mine did not . As far as I can tell all items in our boxes are sample and travel size . Thinking they forgot to add the full size item . Maybe? Idk

Check out a site called ipsy….it’s $10 a month and would be great for anyone but especially for someone just starting to build a makeup stash 🙂 I’ve been subscribed for a little over a year…you can find “ipsy unboxing” videos on youtube or blog posts to get an idea of what they send to see if it’d be good for her 🙂

I got mine today and not impressed at all at Target are full size for most items. I just cancelled my Walmart box subscription.
I’ll be canceling my future orders from Walmart as well. It’s not right that some have all the contents while others like me are missing products! Never again Walmart!
I never got last one(fall box) and they took $5 so I called 3 times and couple emails and still nothing so I just cancelled … Worst customer service
I just looked at my acct and it shows 3 boxes were processed. I checked and was charged 3x. Only received 1. 🙁
I have three processed items on my Walmart Beauty Box account too, but I think the first one is not a charge to my credit card. I think it is simply processing the subscription. I think the second item is a charge for the fall box and the third is a charge for the winter box (which I have not yet received even though it processed on December 5th).
Same thing with my account too! I emailed them, but haven’t received a response back yet. I checked my credit card account and only see two charges for the boxes. The first charge was when I started the subscription in the fall and the second is for the winter box that I just received in the mail today.

I got my walmart box last week and was such a waste! Not worth $3. It had a a trial size packet of ponds wipes-5ct, one small small sample size/conditioner and shampoo, deluxe sample size ponds face lotion and a foil packet sample. …seriously ..
If I could, I would return it back to Walmart! Such a waste!

Totally in agreement with all those saying this Walmart box was a huge disappointment. My daughter’s had a full size lip color. Mine had samples worth about $2. Trying to get hold of their customer service, which seems to be non-existent. Shame on Walmart for sending these out this way without one item that makes it worthwhile. Nothing like paying $5 for a box worth much less. I’m totally ticked off.
I ordered my box back early Nov. and was charged for the box then. I was sent a shipping email with a tracking email on Dec. 8th. The tracking code in not found and now 10 days later have yet to receive a box. Has anyone else had this issue. I am leaving next week for vacation and was excited to get everything before I go. I have called their customer service line several times. I have emailed them and they still have not gotten back to me. Any advice?
My advice would be to do a charge back on your credit card and cancel your subscription. Walmart is pulling a fast one with the latest box and it’s not worth getting.
Same exact thing happened to me. I have called multiple times and left messages since they don’t answer. The one time that they actually did answer the phone I told them my situation and they told me I would immediately get an email telling me what happened. I never got an email from them, so I have e-mailed them multiple times and left multiple voicemails and have never heard back. Worthless customer service at its finest.
Yes, I too received tracking on Dec 8th and have not gotten the beauty box. Tried to leave a message on Walmart number that is on the bottom of their “Beauty Box” web page, but no one has returned. Also emailed the situation, and no one has gotten back to me.
I just cancelled my Walmart Beauty Box subscription. Last time it was a good deal because of the deodorant, but this time it is a complete disappointment. Seems like a good way for them to make money four times a year while throwing in a few samples provided by the manufacturers. There is no way the box costs $5 to ship.
I just received my WalMart “Winter” Beauty Box today and I feel it’s TOTALLY worth the $5!!! (I thought the Fall Box was also well worth the $5 too.) I received a Full Size Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick in “New” Maple Kiss (beautiful color) and 2 “large” (2oz.) Deluxe Samples of L’Oreal’s “New” Oleo Therapy Shampoo & Conditioner, Olay Fresh Effects Make-Up Deluxe Make-Up Removal Clothes (7 Count), Jergens BB Body Cream (1oz.), a Nivea Cocoa Butter Body Lotion Packet (.14oz) and $1 Coupon, and a Maybelline Dream Wonder Powder (Card Sample) and $1 Coupon. The lipstick alone covered the $5 purchase price. I’m very happy. :]
However, I am sorry to the Hipsters that were disappointed and cancelled their subscription. Unfortunately, that’s the risk in any “mystery” beauty box subscription … They all won’t be hits. ;] For $20 a year it’s worth the risk/fun … Especially compared to other high priced monthly beauty boxes.
For $5 mine had Ponds towelettes, ponds face cream, covergirl outlast lipstick, travel size Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Card sample of maybelline makeup. Meh. First time to order one.. I was hoping for clinical deodorant and olay.. Guess I need to figure out how to cancel.
I just received my beauty box today, disappointed is not how I would describe my reaction. I am wondering if they somehow had more orders than expected and had to stretch each boxes contents…. Some of the winter box subscribers received many more items than others. So what was in my winter box? Dove oxygen shampoo 1oz, Dove nutrium body wash 1.8oz, a packet of ponds cleansing towelettes 5ct, ponds anti wrinkle cream 1.75oz, and the nicest item a cover girl outlast all day lip color that also came with a top coat. The size of the box dwarfed it’s miniscule contents. Some how our pediatricians office provides similar bath samples (soap,shampoo, lotion) and at no charge. Hmmmm
I just got my box today and was disappointed. Did they run out of good stuff? I got Loreal OleoTherapy Oil Infused Shampoo and Conditioner, 2 oz.- travel sized, Olay Fresh Effects Towelettes, 7 ct.- travel sized, Jergens BB Body Cream 1 oz- tiny, and Maybelline Colorsensational lipstick in Maple Kiss, .15 oz. only full sized and a foil pouch of Nivea Cocoa Butter lotion and a magazine style lift the flap sample of Maybelline powder. Wish they were like Target and you knew what you were going to get. Also very strange how inconsistent they are with who gets what. My fall box was a mixed bag too- with bright orange lipstick, but I thought the Secret made it worth it. I love the idea and love getting mail but I think I might cancel.
The website isn’t letting me cancel, it has a server error. No one answers the customer service line but the recorded message says they are having issues getting the winter boxes fulfilled on time and with multiple orders showing in people’s profiles, (but says they aren’t getting charged or sent more than one box). I hope they will be able to help me cancel.
I was disappointed in this box. All I got was sample sizes. I can get these for free from a free stuff site. This was nothing like pictured. I am looking for a way to comment on Walmart’s site to let them know.
