I did the same thing. When I went to pick up in store, they adjusted the price and it came with a $20 cash card!!
I tried this deal at two Walmarts on Monday but they both said no.
Had to be Either the price match or the gift card. Even though the register was prompting them to give it to me.
I was bummed.
At least I was able to order at the $39.99 price.
Maybe I’ll try asking about the gift card when I pick it up.

They don’t make it for wii…only wiiU
They stopped making games for the wii almost a year ago. So any new games that come out will not be for the wii only the wii U. We had to upgrade to the wii u because of this this year.

They should price adjust it. I have been price matching at walmart on the Video games from sears.com and Kmart.com. They are on a crazy sale, reads sale not clearance so walmart is price matching it here. I have gotten 4 xbox games for 9.99 reg, 30-50, wii u games etc. Check out some of their deals, i also got last years wii u infinity for 36. They have skylanders on some systems marked way down!

I bought one of the characters last night and it rang up for 13.96 and I got a $5 gift card! woohoo!!! Also my mother in law bought one of the starter kits and they price matched it for $39.99 because toys r us is running it for that price.

It is in the Walmart store ad. If you buy an infinity figure for $13.96, you get a $5 gift card. I think that ad is good until Dec 20.

I got the $5 gift card last week when I bought a marvel gaurdian of the galaxy figure only. I tried buying other figures and the $5 gift card would not prompt on them.
I think it is only the Guardians of the Galaxy ones. Not sure though

Just got back, the 20 dollar gift card is only for the marvel starter pack, I price matched the Walmart.com price of 39.99 and the 20 dollar gift card prompts automatically. For the characters Hawkeye, hulk and Captain America I price matched for 9 dollars from Walmart. Com and it prompted the 5 dollar gift card, AUNTY OF THE YEAH NOW

I ordered on WM.com before thanksgiving for $49. If I take it into the store will they let me price match it and/or do the giftcard deal?

That’s what I was told about the characters. The game wasn’t in stock in store but I bought it when it was $37 so I went ahead and matched prices on the hulk & captain america. The worker called cm who then said they didn’t price match their online prices but we said yes you do and she came back there to turn her key. They said had to be in stock and looked it up on their computer. Was hard to get them to understand it was . They were getting it at all but finally she did it and matched them and did the gift cards. Thanks to the lady who previously posted about the characters.
I did this yesterday and price matched the $44.99 price and got the $20 gift card which was a surprised for me. They only had one more for Xbox 369 so glad I didn’t wait.

I purchased The marvel starter pack online at Walmart.com to pick up at store will they give me the gift card at pick up or will I need to ask for it ?
I priced match the toy and the registrar said I can get a twenty dollar gift card however the lady at the registrar who did the override said I can not get the gift card because I did a price match! So is she right or wrong?
I’m not 100% sure. Sometimes I feel employees don’t know their own store’s policy and then just say what THEY feel to be right. They may think it’s too good of a deal to be true. I went yesterday and did the gift card deal with a price match on the figures and had no issues. I looked at the price match policy and didn’t see anything that would imply you couldn’t get the gift card. I would go back and try it again and if they say no, I’d ask for them to produce their policy which states why they can’t.
Will it work for the wii u also? Or just 360 and ps4?
