   Had trouble using the last offer. Keypad froze so cashiers came over and they all made up the excuses that my $3 purchase doesn’t qualify for $2 off $2.01 offer.

  I would have cancel the transaction and when to another Dollar General. The cashiers are always so jealous and upset when u get something cheap.

   I shop at the dollar generAL all the time. With my store, if u are going to do the digital coupons, you have to put in you phone number before they hit total button on their side. I hope this helps

   I tried the digital coupon for the first time when they had a save $2 off $2.01. I was a bit scared after hearing all the horror stories. Worked like a charm. No problems at my Dollar General.

   Worked like a charm at my DG. She had already hit total and I told her I had a digital coupon..she had no idea how to bring it up but I noticed it was on the touchpad/keypad so I tapped it and it prompted my phone number. I punched in my # and it took it off right away. Super quick and easy, actually! However, it is a newer DG since they just recently built it last summer so no idea if that may affect the system or not.

   I shop DG every week! (penny shopper) my mother worked there for a while – there’s something new like this every week, this one is GREAT – soon, all the Christmas items left will be marked out of inventory & left at 1c but I must say I HATE DG DIGITAL D:

    The coupon says one per customer, but guess if u and maybe UR husband each have an account you could just input his phone number. I tried digital coupons last week for the first time and had not trouble actually didn’t know how to use and I asked the cashier and he gladly walked me through it! Thanks gonna go get some shampoo that we need desperatly
