Is the 30% off combined with the 40% off?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

No, the 30% off excludes the dresses that are already marked down by 40% off. Darn!

Additional 15% off using Old Navy or Banana REpublic credit cards (worked with the already 40% off dresses too!): found it on retailmenot: SILVERDAY

    don’t forget ebates too!

    thanks Collin!

Doesn’t that only work if you’re a Gap Silver card holder? When I used to be, that was the code for our one free “pick your own sale day” day a year.

    • Alene

too bad I found this code doesn’t work for me…>< I am a BR card holder

I need a dress, so sad, road are cover with snow. Does anybody have a free shipping code?

    • Tonya

I’m so sick of snow too! I cant help with an old navy shipping code but I wanted to recommend 6pm.com. They have dresses for 60% off and are starting around $12. Good luck!

      • Shawna

Tonya, thanks for the 6pm tip. I order our shoes from there but haven’t ever browsed for other things. Already bought some new dresses. Thanks a bunch 🙂

    Is this in store also?

    • nicolegammeter

      It’s online only. 🙂

I bought tons of stuff with 30% off yesterday and some with 40% off last week great things for my 26.27.22.22 girls that are s/p or size 0 to 1

I own Old Navy Visa card, and use it on everyday shopping (clothing, gas, restaurant…), so accumulated lots of “Reward” dollar, which I use to buy Old Navy clothes. It says, “…If you return merchandise purchased with the Reward, the dollar value… will be credited to your account…” It is NOT true. I used $100 worth of Reward dollars to place one order last year, nothing fits so returned them all. I have to call them in November to dispute. They wrote me and “re-issue” the $100, but the codes never worked online or instore, saying “been used.” I had to call them again last month, still waiting them to resolve this.

If I had done smaller returns bought with Reward dollar, I would have never noticed that they never credited the Reward back to my account! They do not disclose your Reward point history anywhere, even after I demand a copy, it was never given to me. So now I only use reward to buy things I’m sure I will not be returning.

    • sana

Wow. That’s horrible. Thanks for letting us know! I really hope you get to use your rewards again! That’s so unfair 🙁

    • Angela

I ordered shirts online a few months ago and used my reward credit. One of the shirts was never sent (or charged to me) because after I made the order, they didn’t have enough in their warehouse. However, my reward credits that were to be used on that shirt vanished. Old Navy/Gap told me that the reward credit would show up on my future statements, but it hasn’t. So, I agree that you should use the rewards for anything that you may return or buy online.

Not sure how the old navy card is set up but I have a BR visa, and on the statement it shows how many points were earned, bonus points etc. I do know it takes a few billing cycles to catch up, so it’s taken anywhere from 1-3 mos to see my return credits but I always have received them. It’s a bummer you had such a bad experience. I love my BR card!
