   Finally was able to get online, but they are sold out of the flatware set shown. I was also able to get through on the phone, but they do not offer a substitution.

   1: Can y’all specify which sets you are referring to as cheaply made? I got the set that Collin originally posted about. The reviews for it seemed pretty good.
   2. Go thru Ebates (4%). I forgot. Lol
   3. I hurriedly ordered the first set that was posted and didn’t take time to look for anything else because I didn’t want it to get sold out before I placed my order. I just found a set of plastic containers with lids and called to see if they could wave the shipping fee and she did (one Tim courtesy)’ yay!!

  Well a minute ago I had the option to add the Bead and Hammer set to my cart but after I signed in, I went back and didn’t have that option. So guessing now it isn’t available? Geez! Sorry about the misinformation.

   I bought 2 of these sets the last time they were a good deal. I wouldn’t recommend them. The forks bend too easily. I liked my old set. Just wish we wouldn’t have lost so many spoons.

    I just received my Bead and Hammer 45pcs set today. The set looks totally different than the picture that was on their site and I’m not so impressed with the quality.

  I called yesterday and they told me that it was what I ordered. I told them about hip2save and that in the comments there were several people complaining about not receiving the right thing. She changed her tuned quickly, refunded my money, and told me to throw away the flatware if I did not want it. I think it was possibly a price mistake and they sent crap hoping most people would not complain because it was so cheap.

  Just got off the phone… I didn’t even have to raise a fuss about it….just told them I got the wrong stuff and they said they will refund the money and I can throw away or donate the sets I got. Still wish I got what I originally ordered.

    A suggestion- open the whole box & check your sets once you receive. I bought 2 sets & in one, there were 2 teaspoons of a different pattern, and in the other set, there were 3 non matching teaspoons, no soup spoons and 16 knives (instead of 8). Customer service quickly resolved the issue so just call if anything is off.
