Contact them and complain. I had to to get credited. You may have used debit and they will say that is why but if you look at the deal it said debit or credit.

Another good Swagbucks tip: whenever you see a coupon listed on coupons.com, go to Swagbucks and look for it there. Print it from the Swagbucks coupon link (under “Discover”) and you’ll EVENTUALLY get 10 SBs for each coupon redeemed. I don’t try to keep track because it can take up to 12 weeks for them to credit.
I used to love Swagbucks but they make it harder and harder now to earn points. I purchased a big ticket item through their “shop and earn” section. Never got my points even after many emails. Not worth my time anymore 😣
I just signed up for this offer last night. I went to The Body Shop today and got a great deal! Many of their items are buy 3, get 3 free. So I bought 6 shower gels for $27.00, and received the email from Swagbucks that I was getting my 2,000 points from this deal before I even got to my car in the parking lot. So, 6 shower gels for net cost of $7. Great deal!
