I was at store and it’s earn double cash back until April the 5 th
I went in to get my little girl some shoes…size 9. Unfortunately, toddler shoes are not included in the sale. I was dissapointed. Wish the ad was a little more clear!!
How does double cash work? I had to convince the cashier that it was $20 for $25 spent(though there were signs all over the store!) She gave me a coupon that said i had to spend $50 to get $20…did i not get the right thing from her. I felt a little jipped. I rarely go there because i don’t live very close. Should i call them about this or is that indeed what i was supposed to receive?
Yes call cust service. They will (should) fix the issue for you.

I don’t like Old Navy cash back! I wish it were kohls too! I spent $66 and got $40 cash back, but I can only use it on a $100 or more purchase!! I not going to spend another $60 out of pocket there this month.
I had spend 120 and got 60 back !! I had to call customer service and another store to find out for sure!! Because, cashier were no no!! They even said manager was not at the store ! When, I said we’ll! I’m going to call customer service again and the manager at another store ! They did call manager to the front and she said give it to her because it is double cash back until 4/5 to spend 4/12 also, lane bryant having 60 % off clearance in store now I’m fixing to check website
I went this morning and my local store did not have a limit on the items. I was able to buy myself a dress, 4 pairs of sandals, a tank, 2 pair of toddler shoes, 2 rings and a set of earrings all for $67. And I did get $40 in Super Cash. All accessories were 40% off too!
