I signed up but no $15? How do i get the $15 CREDIT for signing up?
Am I the only one who had horrible customer service with them? I did place an order using this link, and while I have not received my items, I did refer my mom and closest friends. Well, I had my order shipped to my mom’s address because where I live we don’t have a courier and have to use the post office, which to my unfortunate luck, opens after I go in to work and closes before I get out, so shipping to my mother’s is always my best option. However, after spending a good hour helping mom pick out some stuff she liked, when we went to check out it removed all her credits/discounts stating that the order was similar to another order. I contacted customer service and keep getting the same automatic response about only allowing one order per household even after I explained my situation and offered to provide PROOF that we don’t live in the same household. I loved the concept of Schoola but am greatly disappointed in their customer service, and now I am afraid that I might receive damaged items from reading comments above.
Am I the only person that has not received her order?
