   I ordered one last time and when it came, I was disappointed in the fabric quality. It’s a thin, black fabric. The kind where u can tell it will fade if u wash it. Care instructions are to hand wash and hang dry. (No wonder.)The ruffles feel like old panty hose. Looks like a school project. I’m returning it.
