  You have to activate the phone to get the Prime membership. Although you can sell it to a family member who doesn’t use Amazon 🙂

   We bought 2 Fire phones from Amazon last month when they were $159. They extended our prime membership by 2 years. We love the phones and don’t miss our iphone 4s at all. Since the phines ate unlocked we were able to use them with T-Mobile.

   I bought this phone after you posted a similar deal recently. It came within 2 days and I am very happy with it. The free year of prime really sweetened the deal. The only thing I don’t like is that certain apps like target cartwheel are unavailable. I highly recommend if someone is looking for a new phone and doesn’t want to spend a lot of money

  You can download the ‘play store’. It will give you access to all of the android apps. I have this phone and was able to get the Cartwheel app that way.

  Yes, I have google services on my fire phone and am able to download cartwheel. However, Dunkin Donuts still doesnt work on my phone.

   I traded in my Galaxy S5 for this phone. Many people told me the phone is junk and not to get it, including the people at AT&T, but I have had no problems with it. It’s a bit disappointing not to have some of my favorite apps (Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts), but overall, it’s a great, cheap phone. The camera quality and unlimited cloud storage for photos are also huge pluses for someone who takes a lot of photos.

    The same one is selling from Amazon for $169, for those who don’t feel comfortable buying from eBay.

    I just got this deal for my husband recently. He needed a decent phone replacement that wouldn’t break the bank, and it mostly pays for itself with the free prime extension. Be aware if you have t-mobile that the wifi calling feature doesn’t work with this phone as far as I know, but everything else is perfect. Also, we did have to get a nano sim card, but T-mobile doesn’t charge for sim replacement.

    Love this phone!!! Has a great camera and lots of storage and has cloud storage on Amazon. You can get google play store to get other apps too.
