   Mine was canceled as well with no email to notify me. I logged into my JCP account to check status and it was canceled.

   I got receipts for 5 but only 3 were deducted from my bank account. Pj pants for. 20 and 3 pillows for 2.61 I’ll take it.

   i was waiting for any status update so i checked the site and found out my order was cancelled… boo lol. i hope the pay less one goes through! still haven’t received any confirmation from them.

  I called their customer service and they replaced my order for me and gave me express shipping. Worth a try to call!!

  I contacted them and they were very nice. They offered to reorder and give me express shipping, but they wanted to charge me the full price amount(no code added); I politely declined.
  If you reordered, you probably should check your bank to see if they charged you the full price amount.

  Same here! I’ve been calling USPS and JCP (twice!) and they want to charge more for the same item? Told them it was unacceptable and they honored previous price.

   Has anyone who had an order go through actually gotten theirs or seen any evidence that it shipped? Mine wasn’t cancelled, and my card was charged, but the tracking shows no update.

    Mine was also cancelled with no email notification. I checked the order status and it said it was cancelled. Guess it was too good to be true.

    Oh well. But I get so many wonderful deals throughout the year thru Hip2Save, so it’s no big deal 🙂

    Wow, I can deal with the order being cancelled. What isn’t right is the fact that they had no intention of refunding my bank account for the remaining charges until I finally went after them. My order was never cancelled, still showed as shipped. I finally contacted them, and they said it was cancelled. I guess they were ok with keeping my money if I didn’t ask.

    I was given a $10 reward valid only online or phone orders (can be combined with coupon codes) exp Oct 27th…I had placed 3 orders and 1 got cancelled…I didn’t complain or call them and today they suprisingly sent me this code for the inconvienence… I’d love to trade for a Target GF, Kohls Cash, or Itunes GF ….
