The Target Wish List app is only for iOS 8 and up, for Apple users. 🙁 This is starting to be a regular occurrence for me. I can’t afford a better phone and my 5S won’t upgrade past ios6 and the cool apps are leaving me behind. I’ve now lost ibotta. Oh well 🙁
I have a 5s and I just installed the all with no problem. My phone is updated to iOS 9.1. Why aren’t you able to update?

I bought it about a week ago, I returned it to target. It was pretty difficult for my 5 year old to use. Maybe it was just the sofia game, but she had a hard time pointing it to where she wanted it to go. We just exchanged it for the newest tablet. I love leapfrog products. The tablet is much better for her
