Can we get for a penny. ?

    • AJ

I think the point for them is to get donations higher than normal cost since all proceeds are going to charity. I don’t think this is one I’d try to get for a penny.

    • Robbie

That would be wrong. Money goes to a food bank.

      • Emily

No it wouldn’t be wrong, they’re donating the slurpees essentially so one penny is better than nothing.

      • Lorrie

Well if your conscience is ok with taking advantage of this charity fundraiser , then by all means feel free to only offer one penny

        • Kay M.

My conscience is okay with you taking a cue from frozen and letting it go.

Chances of you paying a lot for a slurpee to help with the fundraiser? 0%

          • Lorrie

I will gladly pay regular price for one. πŸ™‚

          • just me

That by far was the lamest thing I’ve ever heard. OK let it go! What are we 5?!

I’m not saying anyone should try to get one for a penny, but they are advertising *any* price, and on the little picture of an icee with the prices on it, it does show several very low figures like 3 cents and 7 cents. They know and expect for some people to donate a very small amount and they are obviously okay with that.

    Kay,
    Wow. You’re nasty.πŸ€”

      Whoa! You nasty! Rawr! 🦁

I think this is wonderful and hope all who can afford it go for at least ten dollars…

Love this charity event. Glad some people realize the true meaning of giving and not taking advantage.
