Just a warning… I used the code Escape and the certificate. At the “Confirm” page, my total was 0.00. When I hit “confirm” the email came back and said my credit card was charged $8.64. I tried to call Eddie Bauer. Customer service was awful. They could not stop the order, so I will have to take back to our local store. Just be careful with trying to use both codes – they said they cannot be used together.

I am having the same issue trying to use both codes. I want to buy a flannel shirt for my husband, but after using the $10 off, shipping and tax bring the total back up to the original cost of the shirt.
Be sure to enter the $10 off by Gift Card Screen, instead of the Pomo Code spot. This worked for another reader. Hope that helps!

One is a promo code and the other a gift certificate code, so should be entered in different places. But the issue I ran into was that despite going through ShopRunner, it charged 7.99 for ShopRunner Shipping anyway (after the fact). No idea why, it said free ShopRunner shipping on the checkout page as well as showing the ESCAPE discount and gift card discount. Literally, the math just isn’t correct. So something that should have been about $8 total, my credit card was charged $16. I emailed customer service.
I finally heard back from customer service and they credited me back the shipping charge.

Was anyone able to get the issue resolved with Eddie Bauer?I was wrongly charged for Shoprunner shipping too 🙁
I emailed customer service, by forwarding my order confirmation email, and laying out that it said FREE ShopRunner shipping at check out but then charged me 7.99 on the final order confirmation page. It took about 3 days to hear back, but they stated they were refunding me the shipping.
It is probably because ShopRunner requires you to spend 25.00 to get the free shipping, it is deceiving, because on the item page it says free shipping with shop runner but when you add it to back it pops up how much more you have to spend to get the free shipping with ShopRunner. :(.
