Cuisinart is NOT reliable AT ALL! Just threw my $80 coffee pot in the garbage after it consistently spilled onto the countertop during the brewing cycle. Many others having the same issue as I read reviews. No matter how I tried to readjust it, it spilled. Not only was that frustrating, but countless hours I spent trying to get a hold of customer service with this issue and and my concerns and they never replied back. I will never buy Cuisinart again. And if you look at their BBB rating it’s a big ole F -for FAIL. Now that should raise a big red flag!

I agree. My mom bought me one for my birthday in march and by may it suddenly stopped working. I didn’t have the receipt but had all the paperwork and a shipping statement, they wouldn’t honor their warranty and we’re very rude with customer service saying that it was a discontinued model and basically saying I was lying about only having it for 3 months. Ugh.
My son and daughter-in law have this and love it! I like to use it when I’m there too! So convenient.

Costco has this exact one for around the same price. My fiancé bought me it last year and I LOVE it!!!!
I had a similar experience to that of Melissa only mine lasted until exactly ninety days from purchase (90 day warranty) and no longer works. In addition, it never kept coffee warm for more than one hour or so. Looked like a bargain, but, don’t waste your money
