Target: Halloween Clearance Possibly 90% Off
Target shoppers! The Halloween Clearance appears to have now reached 90% off at most stores (the food and candy may be at only 50%-70% off, so be sure to price check). This clearance makes for HUGE savings on Halloween apparel, party supplies, baking items and more! A great time to snag stuff for next year OR think outside the box, as many of these items would make nice stocking stuffers etc. BUT do note that you may want to run on over to your local Target soon as the 90% off never seems to last long!
IMPORTANT TIP: Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for hidden clearance throughout the store! For example, you may spot Halloween-themed items in the grocery section or in the apparel section. These items may NOT be marked, so be sure to price check as they may ring up for 90% off since they really are part of the Halloween seasonal items. I love when I spot hidden treasures… makes shopping at Target entirely too much fun! 🙂

My Target went 90% off on general merchandise and 70% off on food today! I was able to score so many great deals for only $20 (as pictured above). I was surprised at the quantity left at my store and even commented on that to my cashier who told me that inventory is sometimes sent to stores who sell greater quantities and to keep an eye out for more boxes to be delivered and put out during seasonal clearance. Hope others are able to have a great clearance shopping day today also!

Ugh wish Target was closer. Was just there Wednesday and it was 70 percent. Now 90 percent….that’s fun.
I am commenting here as Target posts get high viewing:) Does anyone know a good place to get water bottles preferably stainless steel to use as party favors at a good price? I will need 12-15.

I got a lot of great deals. Stocked up on some costume stuff for the next few years for my little girl. I got some stuff for OCC too. The manager said they will do 90% for two days and then will go to Goodwill.

Went today and paid $26 oop for 8 BIG bags of stuff! Beverage napkins for $0.10, appetizer plates for $0.25, baking cups for $0.19, and tons of misc items. Most I spent on an item was $3.50 for a set of outdoor light up pumpkins! Winning!

That rule is only for price mistakes.
You may want to go to the store to verify. Sometimes they do not give the correct information over the phone and will only go off what the signs say. My store still is signed for 50 but is 90.
You were right. I stopped in and it was 90% and almost everything was gone. Lesson learned :(.
I went to my target this morning and it was 90/70 and someone called while I was checking out and they said 70/50 because the prices changed automatically for stores not per pricing team
Yeah, I wouldn’t trust just calling the store either. Most of the time the associates in my store have no idea the prices have dropped. They are so surprised when I checkout–every single season.
Agree. I was checking out this morning and had an item with no tag. Manager came over and told associate to key in regular price and then discount it 70%. I mentioned that everything is currently 90%. She argued stating “our store NEVER does 90%”. I had about 25 Halloween items so I said “check the screen, all my items are ringing at 90%.” She called another employee to ask and he pulled out his calculator and said “yep looks like it’s 90%”. I feel like if a customer is indicating a price job on something, at least verify before you open your mouth and state “facts”
Hi Erin! The lansing MI store (Edgewood) was fairly cleared out but when I got there around 12 they were switching signs to 90%. There was quite a bit of candy left though! Hth.
Our Target never goes to 90% off. After 70% they pull everything. 🙁

I was at Target this morning and they said they just lowered the prices today. Had a few things left I picked up. Trying to keep candy out of our house so didn’t even look at that but did get a bag of market pantry halloween themed pretzels for 54 cents!! Also Franken Berry cereal was only 75 cents:)

I racked up today! Most of the kids clothes was not even marked so I was able to get a ton of things! Total spent was $112 OOP and the receipt showed a savings of $1030.33!!! I LOVE TARGET!

Was 70/90 in az. Scored matching pink poodle costumes for my girls next years’ halloween costumes, napkins, pretzels and a couple bags of candy that ill use for stocking stuffers.

My target was 90% off today too. It was funny to watch people filling like 3 carts of crap in a complete panic. I got a couple crafts for my kids for .10 each, a light up pumpkin decoration for 1.50 and a little hanging ‘trick or treat’ banner for .30. It was fun and worth the trip.

I went to two different targets today, one was still 70% and the other 90%, which I found kind of interesting, lol.. There wasn’t much left at either, everything was picked over and a hot mess of wigs and pieces of costumes that people have opened and left laying around. The only thing I picked up was a nifty skull liquor pourer for only .39 cents!
I tried my liquor pourer with a bottle of smirnoff and jim beam and it was too small for both bottles. Have you gotten yours to work with any? I’m thinking maybe it’s meant for wine….
For once, my stores had a ton–good stuff, too! Two different ceramic cookie jars, welcome and other signs, craft kits, cute decor, etc.

The store I went to had the purple and orange 18 gallon storage totes in the 90% section. At first they didn’t want to give the 90% off and then the manager said I could have them for .42 each 🙂

My target has 50% off sign for Halloween but when u scan the barcode using their target app it reduced down to 90% and shows actual price. I scored Halloween kids shirts for .70 cents each, costume for $3 which is normally $30, and $3 for 2 lb bag of candies normally $10.
My store had nothing left yesterday 🙁

I went to the Target closest to my house today to take advantage of the $10 off $100 and 25% off a toy. I didn’t expect to find much since they didn’t have a lot left 2 weeks before Halloween. I turned the corner and there was soooooo much stuff left! I got spider webs, napkins, carving tools, lots of candy, a wreath and a neat looking 3 pack of hot sauce! There was costumes, lots of gel clings, and candy left at this Target in Houston, TX. I didn’t really go looking for the hidden clearance clothes, but did find that they put the Thanksgiving/Harvest type items back in the home section on the clearance end caps. When I scanned the big wooden tray, it said item not found.
I got 3 128 fl oz bottles of blood for $2 each!
Paid $6 and saved $54!! Great deal! A eyeball necklace for my son for .30c, some crafts, pilsbury ready to bake
Cookies were $1.24, Star Wars candy tin for $1.24. Yellow Halloween caution tape for 0.30c!! A bunch of stuff!! I bough some other things but spent about $10 on Halloween items!

My favorite Hidden clearance deal was a five pack of paper lawn bags. I actually had this item on my list of things to buy at Lowe’s this weekend and I got them for $.39 per five pack at target!

I got costumes for my kiddos for next year for just $3 each and a few Frozen items for a Frozen themed father/daughter I’m overseeing at school. Our store was still marked 70/50% but scanned 70/90%. I love Target clearance!
Hidden clearance finds: mens boxers (black ones with skulls and cross bones, bright orange bat, ect.) that rang up for .59 each! I also found a bright green ninja turtle t-shirt that says “Trick or Pizza” rang up .90, in the women’s section near the underwear I found a peanut’s halloween themed pajama set. it has a tank top and a pair of underwear. rang up 1.49- (reg.$14.99!)
the pretzel sticks are ringing up for .54, sticky notes .10, halloween oreos (I found some by the registers, oddly enough!) for .89 :D, women’s work out tank tops (one says “i’m not your boo” with a ghost on it, the other one says “I’m a bunny, duh!” from mean girls for 1.29 each. I found the orange and white dog toy rang up for .59 and also another one that is green that says “trick or treat” on it for .59! Lots of awesome finds!!

Hidden clearance: I got Chewbacca jackets in the Men’s department for $4.99 and Darth Vader and Captain America jackets for $2.99. Look in the Men’s department for them!

I wonder why they leave their candy at a different price. There is always so much of it! I don’t buy it, so it doesn’t really matter to me, bit it still makes me curious. Haha.
I went to the stone oak target in San Antonio a few minutes ago and got some wonderful deals. I got a Frozen Elsa dress that was originally $35 for just $3.50!! I also got an adorable ghost piñata originally $15.00 for just &1.50! :-O I found some red velvet textured press on nails for just .39 cents and some over the top glamorous earrings for a mere .80! I bought the matching necklace for just $3.00 yesterday. Going to wear them interchangeably for Christmas and New Year’s Eve 🙂
I’m confused, is the 25% off toys & sporting goods only good on 1 item, 1 time. I went to Target today for the 90% as well as 25% off toys thinking I would get a lot off of my list for the kids however the cashier insisted 1 time,1 toy/sports item period. Is this correct? I thought there was no limit. Please help and thank you
We wanted to use the 25% off on two toys the other day, and the cashier separated them into a different transaction and she scanned it for each one.
Ours is ending tonight, the workers were talking about packing it up at the end of the night. Hidden find was a men’s superman shirt with cape for $1.50, and other similar ones like a where’s waldo for 90 cents.

Costumes were marked 90% off, and candy 70% off.
I went to 4 Target stores today (all within 30 mins of eachother) and was able to stock up on boxers for me and to give away. Each target I went to had 3-6 different styles of boxers/briefs with halloween themes mixed in with regular price, I can pretty much guarantee that if you go back there you will find some too- I bought a total of 30 boxers and that was still only half of what I came across. There are also skeleton gloves by merona in the mens dept ringing at .99 cents- not to be confused with the similar style that can be found in the boys section. Also lots and lots of socks at .39 mixed in mostly with womens regular price socks. Found halloween dog toys mixed in with regular price in 3 out of the 4 stores as well. Im going back for one of those chewbacca hoodies someone mentioned earlier, saw a rack of them today but didnt think to scan it. Happy Hunting!

Glad I went Saturday afternoon, was told everything at the Palatine, IL store was going to go to salvage after the store closed that night! It was pretty much picked over, but I got some candy, halloween jewelry for my costume next year, and red lipstick for 25 cents!

Yes! Just got back. 90% off everything except food items. Those are 70% off. Stocked up on frankenberry cereal, baking supplies (cupcake liners), crafts for kids. There were big boxes of pirates booty popcorn for like $2 each. Was so stoked! Also in other aisles, the big bags of matchlight charcoal was marked down to about $3/bag. Great for football season.
My target had TONS of stuff with the Halloween clearance (not Halloween related) from the dollar spot 70-90% off. I got sports themed wrapping paper for 10 cents, bath toys, bath markers, kids thanksgiving placements, and so much more. It was a HUGE score!
I got the 30 oz big boxes of halloween Goldfish for $2.24! They were with the other goldfish in the regular food aisle.
I went into Target on Friday (the 6th)…. less than a week after Halloween and the employees told me not to even look at the Halloween clearance section; that everything was salvage and they couldn’t sell it. They were pulling it all off the shelves. The signs said 70% off….. I was so disappointed. Why take it off the shelf and salvage it so soon after the holiday?!
