I’ve been trying for 20 minutes on visa checkout site, keeps telling me to enter my security code on back of card. more than 10 times and still wont work. I’ve never used this site, just signed up to try and get this $20 best buy money. Now I’m nervous about my card info being entered over and over 🙁

I signed onto my account and got through until the part where it said I had to reenter card information even though it was all correct. I had to do this about 5 times. I eventually gave up and my husband signed onto his account. His password was correct, as he has password manager and can look it up, but they said it was incorrect and locked his account. And it’s been over an hour and we still have not gotten a password reset e-mail. What a fiasco!

lol. Visa is tripping! It keeps locking people out of their account, struggling to “confirm identity/addresses, and having technical difficulties. It seems questionable to have all of these problems on a promo day. Visa should have just stuck with the “experiencing technical difficulties” error.
Got locked out trying to get the Best Buy promo which meant we couldn’t do the Pizza Hut deal. Turned out to be a loss for Pizza Hut because we went with Domino’s.
After what took forever to unlock accent, then an eternity to finally get it to go thru, I got the msg that said they will email within the code within 4 days. Has anyone got the code immediately, or is it taking four days. My mother deleted everything from spam folder just after I got her the code, hoping it wasn’t in there.

Pending charges aren’t actual charges, lots of places do that, including gas stations. Also, if you have any bad charges on a credit card, it’s just a quick call to the credit card company to remove them.

This is so disappointing. I tried last week and this week and nothing but error messages. It would start to go thru and then error. The phone number is just as bad. It starts out telling you the have “unusually high” call volume send us an email. If u can’t handle high volume,how do you expect people to use you to check out for online purchases. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are just around the corner. Guess there gonna breakdown then too, huh. It S.U.C.K.S.!!!!!!! No confidence in them at all.
Visa Checkout is a joke. After the epic failures of last week and today, I give up. Last week, I didn’t complain. But, today, I definitely sent them an e-mail. After last week, they definitely should have been prepared, if they were going to offer the same promotion again.

I sat for 5 minutes straight and just kept refreshing the page. It would go a little further sometimes and then give me the pop up saying it was taking longer than expected. I finally got all the way through and got the confirmation pop up that I would receive my gift card once they confirmed my eligibility.
I saw some of you mentioning that you emailed because it wasn’t going through. What email have you been emailing? I have been trying to get it to go through forever on chrome and explorer.

It says “You have entered an incorrect username or password” now.
I keep getting to the final page that says, continue to get the $20 bestbuy offer and I click continue and the pop up goes away and I haven’t received an email.
You have to keep doing it till it gives you a conformation just keep trying and refreshing it finally worked for me

Missed the one last week but I got it today. I read a comment above saying those who got it last week are not eligible for this one. It doesn’t say that on the deal page though so it may still be worth a try. Good luck!
