If I remember correctly they were about 100 or so at kohl’s but I think there was kohl’s cash and rebates offered. Hth!

You are correct. The Pros are hard to find on sale for this price. Usually the 4 quarts are on sale for around $100, but the Pros are designed better in my opinion.

Price-wise, you probably won’t find a better deal on the Pro series. But I’d be wary of this seller, as they have a lot of negative feedback.

This is a heavier duty mixer than the ones usually offered for around $100 at kohls. If you are an avid baker, this one is the one for you. I have had mine for 7+ years and make cakes on the side, it is still running and will mix heavy batches of icing, bread dough, etc.
I second this review. I have had mine for almost 7 years and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! I bake A LOT! Only problem I’ve ever had was my wisk attachment got bent but that was my fault cuz I didn’t have the bowl clamped down tight. Replacement was only $14. Also has some awesome extra attachments you can buy. My personal fave is the pasta maker attachment.

I didn’t even get my 5qt Artisan for this great price! This is more heavy duty…the motor is stronger. I doubt you will find it cheaper…if this is the one you want…don’t wait in my opinion. I wish I had the room for this big girl…and if they had my color.

Mine came in a brown box and I opened it thinking it was in another box inside but it wasn’t. I got this as a gift for someone so I hope it’s not refurbished. Has anyone opened theirs and use it?
None of those mixers are new. Contact the seller then escalate to Ebay. Also contact KitchenAid so they can check the serial number.
